GPWA My Payments problems

I always used to access the My Payments part of GPWA, but for the past week it has been asking me for a seperate login, and then just hangs and doesn't login.
Does anyone else have these issues?

Talking about payments - I am finding that the casinos seem to be taking longer and longer with payments. It is already the 7th of the month and the only payment I have received is from Aff Club..

Yeah, same issue for me. I don't think I've really seen this feature before. Maybe it needs promoting via the newsletter or a popup?

Yes, FictionNet - I find it very handy and use it as a tool to query the programs if I see that other people have received their funds and I haven't got mine yet..

We recently moved the GPWA database to a new server and the affiliate payment system was not properly configured to access the moved database. This issue has been corrected and you should be able to login to the affiliate payment system using the "My Payments" menu option.

Re: topBoss's other query about slow payments: I'd thought things were sluggish too in the first week of this month, but I've had WagerJunction, AffClub, Mainstreet and AffActive in the last 2 days, so it seems things are picking up.
