Nice work arkyt give us something to chew on thanks! I took it upon myself to put a doc together and file a iC3 complaint. I am sure your aware iC3 is a subsidiary FBI. Not sure at this point it will be handled locally or nationally if at all.

I sent the same doc to the Spamhaus project.

I by passed Moniker my experience they seldom do anything so why bother.

Great research and time spent posting up all the links....

No reason the programs can't determine who the spammer is at this point......

Oh, and as for Moniker, they have no reason to get involved....they are a Registrar, and although I would like it if we could go to registrars about spammers, their job is to sell and manage the domain name and make sure the root servers are updated with dns information, from that point forward it is up to the domain owners and their host....

    ZERO Spam tolerance my ass!

I'm sick of being told by aff managers that spamming doesn't work. It must... or these ass clowns would move onto other things to make money from.

Average of 200 spams a day, 95% gambling related, to one email addy, tells me the industry sweeps this under the carpet and does JACK all to stop it!

Something has to be done about it, cause it gives legit affiliates a bad name.

    Cheers

Normally, I would agree ... but in cases like this when a domain is being used for illegal purposes I see no reason why they should not get involved. They should repo this idiots entire portfolio of domains.

I agree AussieDave - programs always say they have zero tolerance yet idiots like the one above is permitted to set up an obvious spam operations and get by with it. I just got 2 more emails today.

I call for GPWA to start taking actions this week against any sponsor program which has not addressed this issue.

That will be interesting to see if the GPWA actually does do anything at all regarding this...it would be the right thing for them to do, but I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Can't recall them ever doing anything in the past thought in regards to a program being dropped or similar along those lines.

A big thank you to Daera for bringing this directly to my attention, and pushing me to this thread. I have read through all the posts and have identified the affiliate in question. I will be contacting them to sort this out right away.

First I must say thank you Lawrence any help appreciated. But just in case I should mention a simple slap on the wrist may not be sufficient. Instead I would permanently lock/close the affiliate down.

Also it would be nice if the GPWA start implementing, as mentioned, start taking aggressive action against those programs who secretly endorse this behaviour. Or those who simply ignore the issue.

The only staff I have is myself and I still manage to find time or do something right. Why some programs and GPWA ignore these issues stains our industry further. Since my last post I have filed numerous complaints.

I cannot stress enough the importance of taking severe action against these reckless individuals. Again it damages the brand, forum, and the industry of Online Gambling.

Well they darn well should take action, though I dont see anything in their code of conduct regarding SPAM (very odd) possibly the affiliate complaints section will suffice - it states programs shall promptly respond to any complaint...

GPWA has dropped programs in the past and we turn certain programs away that don't fall in line with our code of conduct.

Nice work Arkyt and Daera. I've had the recent flood of spam as well. This guy needs to crawl back into his hole...

The first post in this thread contains copies of 3 of the SPAM emails.

The GPWA Code of Conduct for affiliate programs states "Sponsor will promptly respond to any complaint forwarded" ... I am curious what duration of time qualifies as "promptly" ?

Thanks to those programs which have already responded - to those who haven't yet - we are watching you!
