Default Grand Prive Affiliate program resurrection

The team at Grand Privé Casinos is proud to announce the re-launch of Grand Privé Affiliates. The new program is now live and offers our affiliates a smoother, more efficient system that features accurate and reliable statistics, guaranteed uptime and complete transparency.

It has been more than two years since GrandPrive had to take the decision to close down the affiliate program. We were forced to take this step due to the fact that the Microgaming affiliate system was unreliable. The numerous inconsistencies in tagging and errors in resulting earnings affected the trust you placed in us and embarrassed us as an operator. This situation was also intensified by other factors beyond our control.

Once we closed the old program, GrandPrive was understandably lambasted by both forums and individuals, and at the time we were only able to make limited comment and unable to fully defend ourselves and present the true facts. However, we are no longer bound by any constrictions and can, for the first time say, to all our valued affiliates, we profoundly regret the deterioration of our relationship, and we fully understand the anger and hostility expressed towards us. If we had an alternative course of action open to us, we would gladly have taken it. The fact is we had no alternative and had to remain silent in the face of intense criticism. That time is now over and we can move ahead with confidence.
    <o></o>
As you are well aware, GrandPrive was one of the earliest casino groups on the internet. It was one of the first to be regulated by credible regulators; one of the first groups to be approved by PWC for casino reviews, and we were in the first batch (of four) casinos to receive the eCOGRA seal of approval. For 10 years GrandPrive casinos have won rave reviews and the respect of players and forums.
    <o></o>
To continue our tradition of excellence, we have selected the best software available in the market place. We are proud to introduce our new affiliate program, which offers the unique opportunity for you as an affiliate to work directly off the gaming server. As you know, no other program in the online casino world is able to offer you this. This revolutionary feature ensures that our affiliate system is one of the most efficient on the internet, giving you the most accurate and reliable statistics, guaranteed uptime and complete transparency.<o></o>
    <o></o>
We have moved your account across to the new GrandPrive affiliate system and have tagged all players ever associated with you to your account. Since 1 April 2010 all your players have been tagged to the new system and your payments from April 2010 up until now will be activated on 3 March 2011.Where players have already migrated to the new software, you are being credited with the appropriate revenue. In instances where a player may only in future move to the new software, you will automatically be credited with the associated revenue when this occurs.
    <o></o>
We invite you to log in to the new site at XdeactivedlinkXgrandpriveaffiliates.com, update your details and ensure that your vital information, such as payment method, is correct. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the forgotten password link and follow the prompts. If you experience any problems please contact us – supportATgrandpriveaffiliates.com.

Looking forward to working with you again. <o></o>

When did these guys rip people? They have said any moneys owed from April 2010 will be paid in march. Maybe if they do pay everyone then it might be worth looking at promoting them... I am not sure as i don't know the damage they caused.

I think it was around Nov 2008 when they screwed us all over. Just Google Grand Prive Casino Scam and read all about it.

They are only paying us from April 2010 when they actually owe us from 2008. It looks like the entire eCogra Microgaming "Auditing" thing was a sham. From what I see in the new stats they are only paying us money owed after the gaming platform transfer.

That kind of deceitful company shouldn't be longer in this industry. They should stop justifying as if the company were the victim on this. Frauds weren't worthy to this gaming industry aiming to have a good reputation online.

I haven't made a single comment about this in any forum, but let me just say that if a Microgaming group like Rewards Affiliates, now with 23 casinos and 6 poker rooms can tag players properly and run the program as one of the best ones in the industry, I don't think it's a Microgaming issue.

I don't understand how they can pay any moneys owed when supposedly they lost the tags from the players we aquired using the original affiliate program they had. I'm assuming they mean they'll pay for any earnings from players we aquired using their new affiliate program under the MGS software, and the old affiliate program players are still lost. Which means I'll never get paid.

Glad this post was made here, after a couple of hours reading........

GRANDPRIVE..... YOU CAN KISS MY ASS!!!! No way in hell I will go anywhere near you guys. As Renee put it, there was no trouble, you downright scammed affiliates stop with the bullshit excuses.

No other Microgaming had this trouble, Maybe if you had of come back saying, ok we messed up here is the money that's owed and started again, then I would have considered promoting your sorry ass affiliate program. But no, you continue the lies and scams.

I will be making a whole page on our site urging players stay the hell away from any casino you guys represent. Period!!!

Sorry if my outburst offends anyone, but this affiliate program deserves it!

GP had decided to be the guinea pig for the microgaming designed aff program and it failed miserably - it was unable to map players over, couldn't add or subtract and was just a disaster. It started an aff revolt back then. I have seen letters between GP and Micro and there is no doubt in my mind that this was micro's fault.

But then GP decided to just shut down the aff program while continuing to run the casinos without paying anyone for the players. This was very, very wrong.

What they are proposing now is to start paying for players that hung on for two years and are now on the new platform. They are only offering to pay for play that happened on the new playform.

They have settled with some affs who were owed money from the referspot legacy, but not all of them. They are paying pennies on the dollar.

Last offer I had for my substantial claim was 50 cents on the dollar. I have not yet settled.

OK I just want to make what I said a little clearer and elaborate on my thoughts...

I didn't say there was no trouble... I think it's obvious that there WAS trouble...

What I meant was that I don't think MGS was there holding a gun to their heads saying use our software or die. There is always another option. My thoughts are why didn't they hire some programmers to make their own software?

I'd also like to add, if what GP claims is true - being effectively hobbled by MGS, then Renee most certainly would not be making the above statement.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it is likely to be a DUCK!

The worst part of this, I'd bet my bottom dollar some affiliates will commence promoting GP casinos again.

    Cheers

HMM,.. did you bother to read the last comment?

Dave????? Did you actually read Dom's Post that precipitated that comment by Renee???

Renee is being straight up, and I know Dom is too. Thank you both,(Renee and Dom), for being honest!

Clearly Dave, there is something to the claim that the Grand Prive Affiliate Program was a TEST affiliate software program instituted by Microgaming and it was flawed.
Or Dom is full of ****, and personally, I don't buy that.

    Argh...

Please read my last post!! I don't want to be misquoted...

I'm actually very interested in this because I never read anything about them being the first to test the MGS software before this thread.. I'm curious why that was never discussed? If affs knew about that before, why was that never a factor when people were participating in endless threads about the closure of the GP program?

Fair enough. I am relying on what Dom posted, so I figure she knows something about this situation or she would not have stated what she did.
Dom,..Please explain in more detail, if you would, so we can all get a handle on this.
    Thanks!!
