I am trying to launch my first site and realised from looking at many other sites there is a huge number of casinos and affiliates. Is there a guide to affiliates out there? What I am looking for is to find which ones have a good rep and which ones are the larger ones where I can link to multiple casinos and finally which ones have good marketting materials.

I would rather register with 5 affiliates and be associated to 50 casinos than register with the 50 casinos individually. Firstly the time needed to register and secondly if spread too think across 50 individual accts, I probably won't see a check for over a year.
