I must have had my head in a hole or something when the playshare thing hit a few months back because I'm now taking a look at it and I don't really understand it. Jorge from Playshare was nice enough to explain it to me on msn but here is what I don't understand.

On the website since I signed up in 2006 has stated that there are no negative carry overs from one month to the next. But then I read that there is a "big winner " policy that removes the player from your account until they pay back the amount owed which according to the big winner policy is $10,000

Well one of my high roller players won over $10,000 last month and this month the player is depositing but I'm not making any money off him/her because I'm paying off last months debt. Is that not the same as a negative carry over?

It's my understanding that Micheal and Jtodd , AGD among others chatted with them ( playshare ) and feel the new terms are acceptable. ( I know they were much worse ) But I don't agree. I believe they are no better than other programs that do such things when they break original contracts with affiliates.

IMO I think what playshare should have done is change the players policy for new affiliate who sign up. Not breach the original contract with affiliates who are already signed up. If they had of done it that way it would have been fair, no breach and I would be happy.

But I'm not.

I ask this, how are other microgaming programs like Casino rewards able to continue to honor their original agreement/contract but Playshare could not?

Playshare usually makes me good money but have they now done something that is against what affiliate sites like Gpwa stand for?
