Has DeckMedia Gone Rouge? (resolved)

I havent been able to log into my account at DeckMedia. The contact I had is no longer there and whoever Alecia is she does not answer e-mails or Skype requests. I like how all of the sudden I cannot log into my account and noone answers e-mails.

Anyone have a contact there?

From the looks of things I don't think it's safe to promote US-facing brands until regulation takes place in the US. So many US-facing brands are going bust nowadays.

I had conversation with Paul on the 8th (last Thur). Are you going to the "old" deckmedia or the new one? You can log in at http://affiliates.deckmedia.im All links need to be changed to the new affiliate software too. They have been mailing weekly on the change for the past month or two.

Nah, I've not long got back from a 3 week trip (2 weeks in the US 1 in Canada) it's cheap enough when you're there (except for Disney) but the air fares are a killer from the UK for a family of 4.

There are two Pauls at deckmedia now. Paul Art and a Paul D.
Paul D. seems to be a new aff manager... with an attitude. I had short email discussion with paul d. yesterday about deckmedia spamming me.
He said he would fix it... today my inbox is again filled with deckmedia spam(even more than yesterday).

FYI - I dropped deckmedia like a bad habit, after catching them stealing (shaving) a high roller from me, the first part of this year.
If you continue to promote deckmedia and get ripped off... just remember you were warned.

You might still be trying to login to the old Aff program which would explain why it doesn't work. They should have sent you new details. I am pretty sure if you email Paul D he will get it fixed up for you ASAP.

I agree. Even when Deckmedia changed from Rival to RTG, and changed again from .com to .im, they never stole any of my players. Even though I haven't been doing too well for them lately, they have always been fair, and have always paid me. They seem to be a really good affiliate program overall, and their casinos convert pretty well too. Definitely one of the last good casino brands left in my opinion.
