Default I want to start my own casino site

    hello everybody,
I'm very new in online gambling, I'm a webmaster with some experience in web design and database administration and programming.
I have some domains (one in particular), and I want to start my first steps in the online gaming. the idea is make a webpage with access to online casino with live streaming technology.
so, I need to choose a good provider for the technology. the idea is start collecting money from my sub-affiliates bets.
I want to start in a easy way, with no setup complications, and with serious provider.
as you can imagine, if the total investment is not much, it will be much better.
can you suggest me any provider, contacts names, or point me to the right direction.
I'm really confused about it, and I want to start as soon as possible.
    thanks in advance,

You mention that you want to build pages that access live streaming technology....but do not clarify this.

The way it is worded appears you are interested in becoming a provider....meaning YOUR WEBSITE will be providing players with the games....

But then you go on to mention that you want to earn from sub-affiliates....

Building a site as an OPERATOR is way different than building a portal where you refer players to other properties and earn commissions, and both of those are different from building a site that refers other affiliates to operator's sites where you earn sub-affiliate commissions.

    thanks universal4 for your comments.
I will try to explain with other words.
in mi site, I wan to put some links when the player clicks open the live streaming casino game.
I want to get money from they bets.
also, I have some friends who can referrer players, and act as sub affiliates of my site.
each one of my friends must have they own benefits too, and also I wan to have benefits of the total played.
    that's the idea.
who can give me easy access to online streaming gaming solution with easy startup process?
also I will need also administration interface to manage my players and sub-affiliates
    any suggestions will be useful,
    thanks again,

    OK,

Placing links on your site will send visitors to the opeartor's site where they will join and play the games, the games will NOT open directly from links placed on your site.

You want to promote other operators from your site....

No problem, and since you mention the live gaming niche, my first recommendation would be for "Live Casino Partners" In fact here is my sub-affiliate link for them where you can sign up to promote their properties, and also sign your friends as sub-affiliates.
    http://affiliates.livecasinopartners...btag=a_2148b_1

They currently have 3 casinos with live games, have great support, and Gabriel and Adrian (Affiliate Management staff) are actually a lot of fun to pick on...

There is also Live Dealer Casino from Income Access and I am sure someone can drop you a link as I don't have one handy at the moment.

I think these are a good starting point.

    Let me clarify the above.

You would want to join the program directly first using my link, wait to be approved, and then provide your friends with YOUR sub-affiliate link to join as your sub-affiliate.

thanks again universal4. you are very kind.
the link in my webpage must open the game directly. not redirect to other site.
so, when the user clikcs on my 'play button' it must open a new sized window with the login credentials to start playing the game.
can you offer me that kind of access?

Well, that is just NOT possible to open the game on YOUR site unless you are an operator.

Being an operator is way different then an affiliate.

Now there are some programs you can join where you place games on your site, where the player can play for free, and when the player wants to play for real they then visit the operator's site, but none of them are the live games.

    Got lots of money?

I can consult on the IT equipment you will need, but if you are not willing to spend $40,000 to $50,000 you won't get close to fufilling the needs for load balancing, database needs and security.

You'll need a good solid NOC with at least a 5 meg pipe that supports up to 10 meg bursts and plenty of room to grow above that.....and that just covers the gaming servers and storage.

You can't just stick a site up on shared hosting.....and even the fastest dedicated plans will not even come close....

You will have to look into licensing where you want to locate....so be prepared to spend.....in the low to mid 6 figure range for that......depending on the jurisdiction....and whether or not you have to grease a few palms before you get any straight answers.....

Oh don't forget about software licensing....depending on who you go with they can help with the server equipment and network operations and in fact may require you to only deal with them.

Even if you end up with a white-label solution, or the very bottom of the barrel in software and start-up costs, unless you are willing to actually spend the low to mid 6 figures, and have a healthy letter of credit, every dime is at risk.

There are a small handful of gaming consultants that pop in here every once in a while that can give you more detailed responses and figures if I haven't scared you away from the idea.

The 5 or 10 thousand dollar start-ups for a real online casino site with decent software that players would be willing to deposit at just doesn't happen in the REAL WORLD.

If you continue down that path, always keep us in mind here at the GPWA since we have all the best affiliates here, and you will want to work closely with the APCW and AGD to help get your terms of service in line ahead of launch.

Companies like these are for operators not affiliates, if you want to become an operator you will need a serious amount of cash amongst other things

If anyone researched this subject please suggest any links for reading or/and more or less exact estimations for operating licensed online casino site while outsourcing games/technology from others.

Great link F-L-C but to be honest that site needs a LOT more bandwith or they need to drop the weight of all their images.

The first load of the homne page took forever, but most pages were fast after that, but any that had artwork were very slow.

As an example, this page http://www.lga.org.mt/lga/content.aspx?id=86949 has an 88k image on it....which weighs more than 4 or 5 of the pages I visited.

I may be missing the OP's point, but it almost sounds like what you want is a skin of a casino to appear on your site: you'd be an affiliate of the casino and not the operator, but when players reach your site, they would see a website almost identical to the original casino's and they'd play the games as if it were the casino itself (because it's a 'skin' of the original and not the actual casino itself)... I think this is also called 'white labelling'...

Most affiliate programs should be able to offer you that kind of service

Some affiliate programs would offer this service to you if you're already a major affiliate with them. It's not something they provide to someone off the street as it's a large investment for them...
