Help for weird stats..

Hi,

I got one player for Casinoroom (ellmountgaming) whos stats are:

07.11.2015 -> Deposits 549€ - Gross Revenue (-95,69) -> Netrevenue (-96€)
12.11.2015 -> Depostis 969€ - Gross Revenue (-645) -> Netrevenue (-574€)
13.11.2015 -> Deposits 0€ - Gross Revenue (0) -> Netrevenue (-2,69)

Do you guys have any idea what is going on with this player? There is not payouts in "payouts" section in this player stats. So this player has big$ in his account and the player is inactive?

Ehmm, he wins, that's why you don't get any payots?

I got the reply. There was withdrawals but those stats didnt appeared in my Netrefer account and I dont know why.

Do withdrawals normally appear in your stats for them??

Don't remember seeing withdrawal in any Netrefer report system. I am sure then can show it - they just choose not to. I don't mean specifically Casinoroom but Netrefer.
