Anyone else getting a "Server Error in '/' Application." when trying to log into the affiliate site? I was able to log in earlier today but now I keep getting this error.

And btw Martyn, I think the casino design is awesome. I'm right at home there being I live in AZ. Tombstone and the OK Corral are about 1.5 hrs away. Giddy Up!

Ok, it figures, as soon as I get the screenshot for you (where I still was receiving the error) and then tried to log in again, I was able to.

Now.......... it's time to make some money! Yee Haw!

Ive always loved the CWC brands.. I've said this before Martyn, but I think you guys have some really good flash designers working for you..

There is one small suggestion I would like to make..

I know that once you've loaded the flash it gets stored in cache and will load faster after that, but the flash does take a little while to load for some pages, and there isn't a bar that I could see to tell you the progress.. Might be worth adding that in there so the user knows how long they will have to wait for the flash to load..

Otherwise, another job well done.

I absolutely love the promos page. Reminds me of a carnival. I love shooting stuff

I was having some connection issues tonight so it may be the reason but it appeared to load slow for me.

I think a better T&C for the bonuses is in order, was tough to find the WR, restrictions, etc (at least for me). Might be because I was already p.o.'d about the fits I was having with my laptop.

I really like the look and feel of both the website and the casino client, very nice coloring Martyn, I see you stayed in the lines (for once).

Looking forward to seeing the revs roll in on this new brand.

Thanks all, I will pass on all comments to our designers, however to get the best results sometimes it has to be a little heavy. As with Aladdin's, I am sure we will continue to work on it and optimise is in every way without compromising the look and feel.

So far signs are very good for this casino, lots of free chiops claimed and a decent amount of deposits in the first few hours of going live. This has been the busiest launch we have gone through which is great and almost all has gone as smooth as can be expected.

Keep bringing your feedback, both good and bad and I hope this does the business for you.

I'm in New Mexico, at a hotel, on wifi and was really discouraged to begin with. The first game I tried to d/l said it was going to take 48 minutes. So I waited and waited. Finally got out of the casino, rebooted my laptop and experienced the same thing all over again. I tried again around 11pm mst and was able to d/l a game in just about 2 minutes. Actually was having some luck but then I got greedy and well you know what happens then

Overall I think its awesome and look forward to great things. I even had Robin pull a 728 on the forum just to put yours up.

My only complaint is that one 'special' affiliate got to have signups BEFORE the rest of us, which is not cool, but I'll still give you top spot exposure for the new brand anyway in hopes that it won't happen again. You can thank your buddy. lol

I know who you are alluding to here Robin but the case was that we ran a special offer that had been discussed in April at the Amsterdam Conference.

The fact is that this so called special affiliate did not get it before the rest of you, they were informed at the same time but they did have their mailer all ready to go. They were also calling me direct to find out where we were up to with the release throughout the day.

Both affiliates and players also found the site and the link in the affiliate admin before it had officially been released. We were still in a live test mode when new players came through and affiliates contacted me to confirm the correct link to use. It is my belief that other affiliates got in there before this 'special' affiliate.

Being on the ball is a good thing when it comes to new releases, however I don't want this thread to be derailed by negative posts regards what you think may have happened. Feel free to contact me direct and I will happily discuss.

Having some issues with the HN website, when I go to promotions, it freezes up. Anyone else having this issue? It blinks "Loading" then stops, then nothing at all.

Going to promotions in the casino client works fine though.

Having a few reporting issues when using sub id's too. Sent an email your way Martyn. When I use the default subid=0 all looks ok, but changing that seams to not track properly.
