I'm curious. How long does it take you to do your "brain dump" each morning? The assigning points system for example, sounds great, but seems like a lot of work to do just to organize for the day... Do you really find that it saves time and increases efficiency overall to go through that process each day?

I'll usually do one at the start of the week, which stands as an overview and then over the week I might add things manually as they come in. If lots of stuff starts coming in then maybe another one mid-week.

Time it takes? Maybe 5-10 minutes.... depends on how much stuff you've got. The key thing is that it will always clearly show the 'fluff' at the bottom that you should avoid (but you'll often find yourself tempted to do). And will often highlight THE FROG!

Try it once, just as a test, and see what it throws up....... you don't have to do the tasks, just take a look at how it orders stuff.
