Question How did the second half of 2007 compare with the first half for you?

The online gaming marketplace is a lot more stable now than it was a year ago, so I thought now would be a good time to ask members about how the revenue they are earning is changing.

If you compare revenue from the second half of 2007 (July to December) to revenue from the first half of 2007 (January to June), how did it change? Is it getting better, staying the same, or getting worse for you?

And posts about your thoughts for the changes you have seen and your view of what the future holds are welcome.

For me the revenue stayed the same, every month I receive almost the same number of players, the same stats. I'm happy but I'm planning to increase my revenue.

Our revenue increased by nearly 50%. However, we started 2007 at a very low level, especially due to the loss of US players. Now we are getting some of them back, and we are having a significant diversification, nationwise and languagewise.

I'm showing a slight improvement overall, about 10% up on the second half of the year. Not astounding but even a small increase is welcome. Overall though, a very poor year with revenues down about 40% from 2006.

My revenue grew 6.3% in H207 vs. H107. This was a welcome increase, but I did not reach my personal goals for H207. I had much higher goals given that I quit my job in H107 to do this full time. However, my results in H207 will allow me to continue working at this full time w/o having to get a real job, so that's a good result.

Jan08 is looking solid, so that's a good sign as well.
