The problem is that some of your visitors can't see your pages (who uses Firefox). I can't tell exact percent of Firefox users but it is worth to be counted!

The latests versions of dreamveawer editor can show you what is exactly wrong with you html code.

Here's a thought...

... why not add the .html file extension to the html files for all your subpages and then change the navigation links to the new filenames.

i.e.:

http://www.getrich.uk.com/best-online-casinos
(which is a file not a directory!)

becomes:
http://www.getrich.uk.com/best-online-casinos.html

then change the link on your link bar to point to the corrected address.

It should all work from then onwards.

Also the:
<meta name="googlebot" content="noarchive">
tag on every page of your site probably isn't helping your search engine rankings either. You may actually get *a few* hits from the Google cached versions of your site.
