Hi Damian!
Royalty Fees - These are charged by only 3 (?) casinos, that I know of - Captain Cook's, Casino Kingdom, and Golden Reef. All these casinos advertise that they pay a higher percentage than the other MGS casinos, but then charge us royalties of 40% of the wins - losses, before they calculate earnings. It effectively reduces our income from these casinos to about 21-22%.
All MGS casinos pay Royalties to MGS for the use of their software. Most MGS aff programs don't charge us for them, tho. And we've heard that even in the worst case, MGS doesn't charge higher than 25% to the casino, so......... :-?
You have to decide if it's worth it to run these casinos.
How do you mean "if a player wins"? I need more specifics on that before I can explain it.

I think he is asking why the casino will reduce his commission when a player he has referred wins. Damien, in order to keep an affiliate program fair on both ends, the casino must reduce your commission when a player wins because it would be unfair if the casino left your commission as-is when they themselves are losing money. You have to look at it as a partnership, you make money when they make money, and when they lose money, so do you. For example, I'm $500 in the hole at Casino Kingdom this month, and that is from affiliates earned commission (I only refer webmasters from my site, not players) which is 2% of what the casino actually lost. That means one of the webmasters signed-up under me is $25,000 in the hole! So on the bright side, you probably don't got it "that" bad![]()

basic computer lingo... if your a webmaster you should know this. If you don't, and could not figure it out, then you better hope that common sense is a skill that can be developed over time.
Next time keep your mouth shut and don't try to make fun of other people for absolutely no reason, then maybe nobody will find out how stupid you are.
Geez Badboy412,
you took that a bit personally...Did Chrysalis hit a sensitive nerve there?

Hehehe
Listen dude. You promised us you wouldnt come back. Are you a man of your word or not. If so - get lost. Isnt it becoming obvious to you that we think your a moron?ok, since no matter what I say here creates a flutter of negative replies, I will stop participating on the forums. Those of you who have not submitted your website to my search engine may still do so.
You should see some of the stuff thats written about you in the private areas...... Trust me - do YOURSELF a favor and go away.
This is not WOL - we don't play these games here, okay??
BadBoy - I don't care if you come here to honestly post, but please don't come here to cause trouble. You came in and bumped a bunch of posts just for the hell of it, then became hostile.
Don't come here looking for trouble. We will ban you if that's your only intent.

I seriously propose we do ban him. No one should have to experience his attitude even second hand. He's worthless.
Oh, it was done last night with my post just above yours. First person I've ever banned from here. :-? This will not become WOL.

I cannot figure out what "Bad Boy"'s objective was. Did he subscribe to the "bad press is good press" theory? Or perhaps equate controversy with success ie Howard Stern?
Just never could figure why he went out of his way to alienate other webmasters who could potentially damage him if they were sufficently prodded.
Bizarre....
:shake:
Ya, I don't understand that, either. Why would any webmaster alienate his peers - particularly GPWA as a whole?
All webmasters have more knowledge than average when it comes to anything 'internet'. When you put 150 of them together, I think you have the intellectual equivalent of a nuclear bomb! NOT something to mess with. :nono:
