Spam in GPWA blog posts

I've noticed the spammers are discovering that they can get away with spamming here as long as it's in a blog post. Even members with no post count can make a blog entry that is nothing more than blatant spam, and get away with it....

Case in point:

This new member has zero posts, does not even own a real website, and manages to scoop some link juice by writing a meaningless blog post.

Is there some way to automatically control the blog feature so new members can't immediately use it? Minimum number of posts or something....?

If not a minimum post count, then perhaps all blog entries go into moderation prior to displaying. That would be a quick fix and I for one would not mind waiting a few hours to have my entry approved (speaking of blogs only)
