I found them very motivational, hats down to Nick and his will to live and enjoy life. Takes a strong mentality to achieve that. I hope this can help some of you get through tough times, as it has helped me.

If I am having a tough week, mentally, physically exhausted - I don't let it get to me.

This guy is my inspiration. His name is Kurt Fearnley.
In my opinon, I think he is Australia's top athelete, the guy is so mentally and physically there.

In one year, he won 6 Wheelchair Marathons then he crawled the Kokoda Trail. 96kms columns of rugged mountain terrain, rainforests, jungles, and steep valleys.

Thanks guys, so very inspirational and motivating indeed.

Helps us to realise that no matter how down we might be we should be thankful for the things in life that we take for granted. Others do not even have that and they are still winners.

I agree. Every day we get frustrated by certain things and say to ourselves, "Why the hell am I doing this?" But whenever we start to feel sorry for ourselves, it's always useful to look toward the people - even those we know in our own lives - who have overcome quite a bit more. And I have found that it really helps to distance oneself from those who have a tendency to feel sorry for themselves as well. Bad energy!
