Ignite / BGO Partners issues?

Anyone else having issues logging into their Ignite Bingo affiliate account? All weekend, we've been locked out due to a SQL error.

Additionally noticed this morning that their affiliate platform (BGOPartners) is now redirecting to another similarl looking site (different URL). Does anyone have any insight/information on this - namely what is going on over there, is this part of a planned move or have they been compromised in some capacity?

Thanks for the response. I didn't want to try to log into BGO in case the redirect wasn't truly initiated by them, as they've not communicated any changes of the sort.

Ignite's login is now working for me as well, however stats from this month are clearly not current. Also suspicious of the accuracy of last month's data.

Update: BGO has claimed they've "decided to rebrand" - great job notifying us in advance.

Since their first rebrand (of their bingo site, not their affiliate program), earnings fell by well over 40%. Recurring players seemingly stopped playing overnight.

During same timeframe, when their stand-alone site was migrated from Ignite to BGO - their other brands also saw a sharp reduction in both earnings and conversions.

Over the past month, log-in to their affiliate platform (at Ignite) has been off and on due to being "unable to connect to the SQL database" - sometimes for days at a time.

Whilst there has been a sharp decline in earnings, the data showing for last month and the start of this month is not anywhere near consistent with historical levels OR with comparisons to their peers in terms of positioning, exposure, and interest.

This program is, in my mind, taking the **** for us at least.

Anyone else noticing similar with Ignite or BGO brands?

Ignite still have failed to provide updated stats for this month or next month.

Whilst I am willing to give them time to gather this information and post it, I'm beginning to lose faith in their integrity, especially when the word is that "the stats must be entered manually" - yet despite using an Income Access Powered back end, there's nothing that tells us affiliates that there has been a manual entry or adjustment.

I'm going to continue posting/updating daily until this is resolved.

Hi I have been getting locked out of my accounts as well one minute I'm able to log in then other times it won't even let me in, also I have 2 banners on my site www.bingodelight.co.uk one of them was costa bingo and every time their SQL went down my banner was missing, I ended up removing the banner and using a different banner from a different site it was annoying me lol

Ignite Bingo Affiliates (Costa Bingo, City Bingo, Fancy Bingo, Sing Bingo) STILL haven't updated their stats from last month and the beginning of this month from when they were having SQL issues.

They maintain they must enter everything "manually" as opposed to allowing the system to grab the stats and post them automatically.

They're quickly becoming a program that I regret doing business with - poor reporting, horrible communications, lack of transparency in their reporting, unreliable since they rebranded XBingo to BGO.

I had faith in them but since the rebrand, they've slipped in all categories (included reported conversions) and they began having database and "firewall" issues.

If they have any desire to restore faith, they need to start by getting accurate stats posted and fix their reporting issues as opposed to acting like a program who hasn't a care in the world.

Continuing on with my promised daily postings/updates - Ignite Bingo affiliate stats are STILL not accurate for last month and the beginning of this month.

I understand this whole London conference thing. However, unless the "financial and back office" staff does not truly exist - there are certainly people in the "office" who are capable of "manually entering stats" that were lost, omitted, ignored, or whatever.

Costa Bingo advertised with me for 2 years, they were due to renew their dedicated page at the start of this month, despite numerous emails, telephone call and contact with the manager there I received no communication whatsoever as regards if they wanted to renew or cancel, this sort of behavour from a company sucks, I would recommend getting your cash out if possible and "Avoid at all Costas"

Yea, we're in the process of reducing our exposure to them.

I have real concerns with them and the reliability of their since they rebranded XBingo to BGO.

As well as those concerns, there's still the fact that they've not updated end of January and the beginning of Feb AND despite having firewall and database issues that caused the login issues, they have not reached out to anyone to proactively reassure them of anything.

I'm beginning to become concerned as to whether this BGO rebrand/upgrade has put them into a financial bind?

After several emails over several months about a payment, am I to take it that ignite simply do not pay? I have yet to receive one response from them about my first payment which has never been received. Well what more can you expect from someone associated with Cassava?

So far, they have paid up to date with respect to what they've reported (through December).

Dating back into January and the opening bit of February, they had tracking and login issues that was related to an unexpected change in their firewall rules.

When they "fixed" the issue, the reported clicks disappeared.

They had to manually enter the information - the click data does not match up with my stats program & for the dates there were known issues, there was no activity from recurring players and there were no new acquisitions reported - draw your own conclusion there.

They've not exactly "gone rogue" YET. To me, whilst they've not gone that route YET, they're demonstrating certain symptoms that suggest they're exploring such possibilities - which is making the ole "Spidey sense" tingle.

In fact, a few short days after they rebranded from XBingo to BGO - stats across the board for ALL their brands fell significantly. This triggered the first bout of concern.

There has been requests for them to provide player information for the last few months. Since the request was made - all communications from them have ceased.

As I have never been paid off them before, due to the fact they owed me no money till recently, I believe they have never set up my payment which I gave them, I also believe they have no intentions on doing so. People who already have their payment set up are probably OK. I will only be giving them one more email and then I will be changing all my reviews, to the actual truth about Casava bingo sites.

Actually, of the "similar" programs, they are the only one who I have issues with.

United Bingo = on time, accurate reporting, Joy of Bingo = on time, seemingly accurate reporting. Both pay on time and better alternatives to the Ignite and BGO brands.

With regards to reporting on site, we did experience SQL issues due to the website management system changing its firewalls without informing us. If that email does not work - try christian -at- ignitebingo dotcom. I'm not sure if Zoe is still with them or has taken another position in the company. In any event, Christian is the "go to" guy for both BGO and Ignite.
