It's a shame to hear about all the problems everyone seems to be having with Ignite Bingo. Luckily I'm not promoting any of their sites at the moment. I have tried to contact Zoe who posted above several times via email but never ever receive a reply so they obviously didn't need or want my business. Just as well really!

As mentioning in my post right above you, I'm not sure that Zoe is still with the company. With that being said, you'd think that her email address would be forwarded to her replacement's so that they could handle any/all issues that came in by email.
I also don't like how they sometimes change their bonuses mid-month without sending out notification to alert us affiliate-types of said changes.
However, at the end of the day - apart from the mentioned issues in this post and some off-and-on issues that come about - their brands convert reasonably well and for the most part - they pay on time (with maybe 1 or 2 exceptions in the past four years). Granted, their payment date is the 28th of the month, but they are mostly reliable with on time payments, which is more than can be said for many other programs.
