Default Important information for WINUnited Uwin affiliates

Recently we were asked by a GAU member to look in to issues with WinUnited and how they had closed their affiliate program down in recent months although still continued to operate their sportsbook under a different name. They were continuing to trade under the name Uwin, however, although existing accounts were transferred to the new brand, they discontinued the affiliate program.

Full details of this issue raised can be found here on the <a href="https://www.gpwa.org/forum/uwin-betpresto-do-grand-prive-close-affiliate-accounts-186515.html">GPWA</a>.

Read the full information of the agreement secured here at the GAU

Any questions regarding this issue can be made utilising the email partners [@] youwin.com

We will be working closely with the affiliate team to make sure that all existing affiliates are paid all money due to them.

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

    No secret at all Rick

    The agreement is as follows:

Affiliates will be merged manually in to the new program

All earnings since closure of the affiliate program will be paid in full

Existing affiliates will be governed by the terms and conditions that they signed up to and not the new terms and conditions.

    No referrals will be lost.

EGR Magazine have now run a story on this today offering further details of the event.

YOUWIN.COM, the new incarnation of the Uwin.com sports betting site launched this month, will re-launch its affiliate programme this month and has agreed to re-pay affiliates after an earlier programme shutdown that left affiliates owed money for recruited players.

The sportsbook is under a new management team led by chief executive Erik Ahlberg since a takeover of owners WinUnited early last year, and re-branded the company as Uwin in November. It re-launched the site as YouWin.com this week, after earlier transferring to a Finsoft platform from one supplied by Austrian provider Scaraboo.

Player accounts were transferred to the new platform, but the affiliate programme was shut by the then marketing manager, who has since been sacked, leaving affiliates out of pocket.
