Income Access who are you? :-/

I"m years in this industry...and always heared about Income Access BUT never really understood what are you guys?

are you a software provider like Playtech or RTG? are you a software provider for the backoffice? what exactly are you...i'm very confused, please try to put it in simple words.

Pretty sure they are affiliate tracking software for brands to use instead of developing their own.

They have an affiliate programme software platform that operators can buy off the shelf which has been run and constantly updated over a decade.. http://www.incomeaccess.com/

Their level of experience means that the tracking provided is pretty much bullet-proof and the quality of service provided, I'm sure most would agree, is second to none.

In addition to this, affiliate programmes can buy in the expertise of their affiliate managers to help out with general or niche acquisition and account management. Operators can even contract out their entire programme to be run by Income Access or just purchase specific things like managing and making monthly affiliate payments.

They have plenty of very talented and well respected figures from the industry such as Sarafina and Louis Deering. They also employ Devon Spector.

I have a question ,can programs mess around with the stats on their back end?There are many programs I do not deal with because frankly I do not trust them ,would Income access ensure we are seeing real stats?

During our 10 years of operation we have worked hard and close with affiliates to provide trustworthy, secure and transparent software. All of the affiliates managers who use our system, have a login similar to affiliates but with detailed reports, ability to upload creatives and ability to generate payments. They do not have the ability to change or amend data displayed through the admin interface. They do of course have the ability to change commission structures in the current month which is completely visible to all affiliates through your login. You can view this information in your account tab.

Our Account managers run a variety of tracking tests each month on all clients to ensure accuracy of stats provided by our clients.
