LMAO @ Terry! I just read your post from yesterday.

Well, it's 4:39 am and I'm up ready to do whatever! It's hopeless to think that I can get more sleep so I'm gonna try to get a project done today.

Insomonia is a horrible thing to suffer and a year back I suffered it because of working from home, changes in my life and stress. There is no pure cure for this, but what i found that helped was going to the gym in the mornings so I burn off some excess energy when i wake up and get myself syked for the day.

I also found doing a 30 minute meditation and quiet time before sleeping like listening to music.

If there is something on your mind, address the issue and stay on top of everything as this also helps.

Insomonia is caused by an over active brain and you need your brain to switch off so going to bed with a clear head helps.

Have you ever thought about yoga?
