    Default Intertops Affiliate Mangers... any who don't suck?

    Are there any Intertops affiliate managers that... oh... I don't know... give a **** about their affiliates or the Intertops business in general?

    We have worked with them for nearly a decade now and have had only ONE person who was worth a damn to work with. Of course they reassigned that person outside of affiliate work after only a year. (shout out to Johannes, you were great)


    Emails to these people are rarely returned on time, if at all. Subject matter does not seem to matter, they just choose not to respond.

    If you do manage to get them to respond, and go through a long series of emails back and forth, then eventually they will simply stop responding. You can forward it to them 2-3 more times in weekly, monthly intervals, and they will simply NOT reply.


    They feed you bullshit about their AMAZING CONVERSIONS!!1!

    Yet they convert at half or LESS than every other brand we work with.

    20% admin fees.

    Opaque affiliate back end.

    Unresponsive affiliate managers.

    Uncooperative affiliate managers when they do respond.



    /rant over

    I still want to salvage something with this brand as they have been around for 30 years and do pay out the players in a timely manner. But there is only so much effort we can put into a low commission structure, low converting, non-responsive management company that is only worth a fraction of a percentage point of our revenues.

    I really hope someone here can tell me the name of a manager that WANTS TO MAKE MONEY.

    We have always had an excellent relationship with the team at Intertops and they have always been very responsive to any communications.

    And who is your affiliate manager?

    That was the crux of the question. We wish to find someone who responds and actually cares.

    Funny how every affiliate manager's response uses the same tone and language patterns.

    Also hilarious how how Juicy Stakes affiliate managers sound exactly the same.

    Even more funny is how JS aff managers stopped responding simultaneously.

    Plus those emails that come from intertops.eu but signed Juicy Stakes Support and vice versa.

    Yet these are ALL different people and different companies.

    Such a coincidence...

    Intertops have been excellent over a very long time. They even kept paying when they stopped accepting new USA players for a few years. To be honest, I can't speak highly enough of them. Paolo has been superb and very responsive and the only email I have ever used is the generic one: affiliate[at]intertops.eu

    Sorry you have had a bad experience, but I have to speak up for them. They have been so good to me for so many years. Paolo responds and cares.

    PROFRBcom, let us know if you received their email?

    Everyone's experience with a program is different, including conversions. I personally have not had any issues regarding affiliate manager communications or player conversions with Intertops. Plus, of all the affiliate complaints I've dealt with over the past 15 years, Intertops is a program with very few complaints.

    Sorry about your awful experience, Prof. Intertops have always been professional in their conduct and responsive in my case. Even if I had small issues such as missing data on my stats report, making general enquiries about their program, I would contact them and they would have it sorted out for me within a reasonable time period. They've been around for decades and I'm surprised to hear that they've lately become unresponsive.

    For the record, Intertops did respond promptly after they were informed of this thread.

    Also for the record, 2 people reached out to us after reading this post and relayed similar issues to the ones we espoused over the years.


    We shall see how it goes... hopefully I will report back record profits with their Intertops brand.
