Issues affecting some RTG Programs .
I have noticed this issue with Xmarkaffiliates ,Teamup Affiliates and Legacy Inetbet for 3 weeks .I thought it is worth posting the reply I got yesterday from Peter at Team Up Affiliates explaining what is happening .
Dear Judy,
Hope you’re doing well.
I wanted to personally let you know that our platform provider is currently experiencing a technical issue affecting the MyCasinoAccounts [MCA] reporting system. The issue impacts multiple casino operators, and their technical team is working to resolve it.
Unfortunately, this means your October commission report may not be available on November 1st as expected.
As far as we work together, our team always made it a priority to calculate and process commissions on the 1st of each month. We fully intend to stick to that schedule, but unfortunately, this time we're dependent on the platform provider resolving the issue before we can move forward.
We're sorry for the delay and appreciate that timely and accurate reporting is important to you, too. As soon as the system is back up and all data has been verified, we'll prepare and share your commission breakdown as quickly as possible.
We'll keep you updated as soon as we have more information.
Thank you for your patience and understanding, and most importantly, for your continued trust and partnership.
Best regards,
Peter
Affiliate Management Team

Thanks for sharing this, and for naming the programs involved. That detail matters, because a one-off delay at a single program is very different from the same platform issue hitting several programs at once.
When reporting is delayed like this, the most useful thing an affiliate can do is keep a clear paper trail, even while waiting patiently. I would save the original notice, note the date it arrived, and keep your own traffic and deposit records for October separately. If the delayed report later differs from your own figures, you will need that comparison to ask a sensible question, rather than just accepting a revised number.
It is also worth checking whether the delay affects only the report, or also the payment date. Those are two different problems, and programs sometimes use the same message for both. A short, polite clarification on that point usually gets a clearer answer than a general complaint about delays.
Finally, if this continues into a second month, I would reduce exposure gradually rather than pulling everything at once. Pause new placements for the affected programs until reporting is back to normal, while keeping existing pages live so you do not lose the traffic you have already built. That balance protects income without burning a relationship that may just be going through a platform change.
