Has anyone had issues with receiving payments from Ivy Affiliates?
Out of 4 invoices sent, only 1 has been paid since late 2016 and it's now getting to the stage where me and my business partner are considering taking it further to receive outstanding funds. Annoyingly, Casimba (their latest casino) has attracted some big deposits already this month.
A total of seven e-mails have been sent back and forth with a range of replies with varying excuses from 'the money has been sent', 'below payment threshold' (not this high!) and two weeks ago 'what are your bank details'.
All requests for payment dates, tracking numbers etc have been ignored and we're always being asked to provide bank details even though they have been submitted and they paid the first invoice last year. I have a open complaint with the bank who searched for any missing payments but they need tracking details to fully investigate.
Any advice? Is this a small claims court issue in the UK?
