    Default Ivy Affiliates (Resolved)

Has anyone had issues with receiving payments from Ivy Affiliates?

Out of 4 invoices sent, only 1 has been paid since late 2016 and it's now getting to the stage where me and my business partner are considering taking it further to receive outstanding funds. Annoyingly, Casimba (their latest casino) has attracted some big deposits already this month.

A total of seven e-mails have been sent back and forth with a range of replies with varying excuses from 'the money has been sent', 'below payment threshold' (not this high!) and two weeks ago 'what are your bank details'.

All requests for payment dates, tracking numbers etc have been ignored and we're always being asked to provide bank details even though they have been submitted and they paid the first invoice last year. I have a open complaint with the bank who searched for any missing payments but they need tracking details to fully investigate.

Any advice? Is this a small claims court issue in the UK?

Another two months have passed with no payment. 11 months in a row and now Ivy Affiliates have become unresponsive.

At a meeting today with our solicitor, we have started the county court process to try and get what is owed. With eight seperate e-mails confirming they owe us money and various excuses along the way it seems it should be straight forward.

Wish it didn't have to come to this but what can you do when it drags on for nearly a year.

This is the weird thing about it, many friends all report the same that payments are received monthly on time.

We have a signed statement and covering letter from our relationship manager at Barclays showing all payments from Caddell and there are 9 months missing still.

Because Ivy refuse to hand over payment dates, times and reference numbers there is little to go on

Looked at the reports in the program today and seems that even though there is no negative carryover the reports are including negatives reducing year-to-date balances ..... will need to follow-up for explanation.

Ivy Affiliates have been back in contact, but no sign of any payment or explanation.

    Hi CasinoDefence,

I hope that you get this resolved very soon. I'm really sorry to hear about this trouble that you're going through

It could possibly be a problem with their payment processor (or processors) as other Affiliates have also been having trouble of their own.

Here is the post for that which relates to that:

Another member has messaged informing me they have a stand at ICE London next month. As you imagine, this brings great joy

No response by e-mail again so going to leave it until we meet face to face in London as it will save a further 60 on court costs.
