Jetbull tracking issues

Jetbull launched new affiliate program, I tried to use the new tracking codes but
they only provide this broken URL:
//tracker-pm2.jetbull.com/link?btag=xxxx_xxxx

I tried to contact them, so far no answer,
is anyone know what should I do with this ?

I already tried to connect it to the main URL but its lead to 404 page.

Any help is appreciated.

I have tried searching google using the link operator and a few various combinations of what you posted and it doesn't look like anyone is using he link in the format above.

Maybe someone that promotes jetbull could show you the format of their link?

Doing a quick search for a jetbull review and looking at what others are using compared to what you posted, others are using links formatted completely different.

My concern is that if you can't even get management to help you form affiliates urls, what happens when you have more serious issues that might need to be worked out with them?

Without meaning to sound condescending, you are sticking http: on the front I assume?

Strange, I wonder why the link operator kept returning zero results previously?

Now all of a suddent it returns 2....one of them being Simmos post....lol

Yes Rick I believe this is it, now I can see the btag in the cookie ! I think this is the solution for the tracking.
