do you accept players from Australia?
Just a question to the group. I dont have a problem, but I have been trying to get in contact with web partners (MyBookie) for over 3 weeks now both in email and on their support page and have yet to hear back. I have been with members of the affiliate team since 2005 so I know Im not getting brushed off but still 3 weeks is awhile not to get an answer about a landing page. You cant take anything for granted now-a-days so Im asking you all; Has anyone been in contact with them? is there a problem with the affiliate program. My question to them most likely can be answered in 5 words and so my curiosity in not hearing from them is taking a turn to concern. There are great ppl there so I hope all is well with them. Anyone been in contact with WP in the last 2-4 weeks?

Has anyone been paid by webpartners for October? They are always weeks later than their competition for payments, and always seem to need chasing. Do their players get slow-paid like this does anyone know? The payment delays have stopped me from moving them up the rankings.

I've only recently placed a few links to MYBCasino, so I'll be watching how this thread develops.
Well, I started calling the two affiliate phone numbers last night and more then several times today, but to no avail; 3 rings and a busy tone. Thia just doesnt seem like them. The affiliate ppl were going to do something for me, but thats not my concern at all now. I hope nothing is up! Im gonna call a few more times and if still Nada Im going to reach out to MyBookie and ask them if they can help contact someone in the affiliate department.

I have worked with these guys for a while... they are a good bunch honest and yes sometimes it takes time to get around to things, however the benefits outweigh the negatives, sometimes you just need to throw another message over.
They are great people, I ve been with some of the affiliate team since 2005; I love them. Things is 4 messages and two emails in three weeks; well I dont get it especially since others are saying the same thing. RE: the negatives, I dont see any Im just wondering whats up?
I want to mention that I did reach-out to a gentleman named James at MyBookie and he said he would give the AFF Team the message that I have been trying for awhile to reach out to them, so Im sure I will hear from them. If not I will let those of you who showed interest know!

Actually no payment delay until today.
Ofc there is also writen:How often do I get paid my commissions?
Affiliates are paid commissions once per month. You will be paid within 30 days of month’s end ...
Just a goodwill ofc ... never get paid before 25th... though every effort is made to pay by the 15th of every month.
Anyway ... I think all Bitcoin payers are waiting for the best possible timing/exchange rate as long as possible.
Well if anyone of you do hear something about WebPartners please let me know. I havent heard from them since Nov 3rd, 27 days. Emails, Phone Calls, speaking to Mybookie directly and after the 4 or 5 messages I left in the message area for the same ticket I just gave up and clicked the Resolve Button myself. LOL.
Either webpartners has a trivial technical communication problem with their mail servers or we have a problem indeed.
But it seems they are in Malta right now twitter.com/webpartnersco/status/1067891072527818752

I have looked over the payments in recent months. Consistently takes over a month. Last month paid on 2nd ie: 33 days after months end. I am always emailing to chase payment. Either they are slow payers or they are paying you much earlier than they pay me.
I have seen you resort to this forum to ask them to contact you. You are not the only person who has dealt with some of these people for many many years. You may like them, but they are not running this program properly. It is always excuses when they do finally pay. It is not fun to have to chase and chase programs consistently. I actually agree with your comments on your other thread about getting annoyed with slow payers. MyBookie is slow and unreliable and in my view the worst of the us sportsbooks who are largely really good. Bestpartners, betonline (mostly, but not always), intertops, 5dimes are miles better.
Yes, emails get ignored or never answered. This is something that has happened consistently. That may put your mind at rest. In my experience this is a normal pattern for them, just badly managed program. They will no doubt reply to you at some point with a ton of apologies and excuses. That's what usually happens.
... however. But how said: the emails bouncing back. I guess its just a technical problem. My previous communication with Callie was nice and uncomplicated. Agree: payments could come a bit more punctual and predictable.
