Great people to work with except for payments. They are always the last to pay. I did contact using support last weekend asking about if they had an ETA on payments for October. On Monday I got a response that October payments would start going out on Tuesday. I haven't seen anything so I sent another support request this morning and no response.

I have looked over the payments in recent months. Consistently takes over a month. Last month paid on 2nd ie: 33 days after months end. I am always emailing to chase payment. Either they are slow payers or they are paying you much earlier than they pay me.

I have seen you resort to this forum to ask them to contact you. You are not the only person who has dealt with some of these people for many many years. You may like them, but they are not running this program properly. It is always excuses when they do finally pay. It is not fun to have to chase and chase programs consistently. I actually agree with your comments on your other thread about getting annoyed with slow payers. MyBookie is slow and unreliable and in my view the worst of the us sportsbooks who are largely really good. Bestpartners, betonline (mostly, but not always), intertops, 5dimes are miles better.

Yes, emails get ignored or never answered. This is something that has happened consistently. That may put your mind at rest. In my experience this is a normal pattern for them, just badly managed program. They will no doubt reply to you at some point with a ton of apologies and excuses. That's what usually happens.

I am very satisfied, their their payment history with me is very good and that is the main thing to be sure. I have always beem paid within 30 days, with no games or problems; Never! I have a very good relationship with their affiliate manager, but sometimes things change with affiliate programs that is out of their control and thats when the concerns knock on my door.

I hope I didnt paint a picture of Doom and Gloom as thats not my intent. I just feel affiliate managers should reply to to us in a timely manner, even if its a patt answer that says "Busy, I will get back to you is 5-7 days.) Most AM's know that our industry is volatile and unpredictable and its because of this I feel it's in the best interest to us, the affiliate, to them the affiliate managers and to the the sportsbook, casino, etc. we promote to always keep us posted and let us know they recieved our comment, or question.

It is true that the T&C say within 30 days and they have only missed that once. I will say that as far as reg to deposit goes. They are my top sportsbook. Again, I like everything about them other except that is will be 30 days before payment each month.

If you are looking to add them I would say to do it. They are really good to work with.

I just wanted to address some of the communication concerns.

We did have a period back near the end of 2018 where the affiliates@webpartners.co emails were bouncing both ways.
What we were sending wasn't getting back to people. After 10+ attempts to send an email to Buddy we relized he wasn't receiving anything.
We had to send him a direct message through Webpartners ticket support.

Not sure what happened and why it went unnoticed for so long.
It was first thought it was only some gmail addresses that weren't receiving emails.
It has been fixed and I know I'm replying 5 months after but we also were't getting forwarded notifcations from GPWA.
We are now.

In case you don't hear from your account manager in a timely manner or anyone in general from affiliates@webpartners.co.

Remeber that you can send a support ticket message from your Webpartners account after you have logged in.
This direct message goes through a different path.

Excellent program. They have really improved on how long it takes to get paid each month. Callie has been great to work with. The response time on questions is reasonable.
