Joy of Bingo payment?

Has anyone received payment from Joy of Bingo "recently"?

I'm showing that they have not paid for April activity yet and are "around" due for May's activity (their FAQ state they pay "around" the 15th of the month").

Rumour has it they're working on "improving their back end" but I'd think that would start with timely payments.

Anyway, looking to see if anyone else has either heard from them or received payments for April & May.

Yes, we've had a dialogue with Stewart. I'm just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat and what the going story is.

Stewart claimed "payment will be made by the end of the week". Today is the end of the week and though I may be a bit premature in saying this (because the business day is still not done) - still no payment from Joy of Bingo.

They are now two months behind and I'm starting to get a bit concerned.

Note: Joy of Bingo seem to have money to spend on advertising in the UK (for Wink Bingo) - yet they cannot seem to make current on what they owe their "Affiliate Partners".

Another claim by Stewart that "payments will be made today and received some time next week".

"Today" in this conversation was actually two days ago (26 June).

There is no evidence of payment being processed.

Joy of Bingo (owned by 888 Holdings) has not pushed out a payment to affiliates since April. Their website claims payment around the 15th of the month every month.

They failed to pay their affiliates on or around 15 May and 15 June has also come and gone.

Does anyone else have a story on what is going on with them - namely why they have not paid yet and when they're planning to pay?

We were told the same. As of this morning, payment for APRIL activity (was due 15 May) has been shipped.

May's activity (15 June due date for payment) is still outstanding.

Obviously, they've still not paid for June's activity either - which is due on 15 July.

It is weird, as the payment for April is still not showing in their payments screen. Additionally weird is that Stewart has been nowhere to be found.

We actually received it (April activity payment). To be honest, we were shocked to receive it as the payment usually shows in the system as "approved" for a few days before it is pushed out. This time around, it was actually received but still hasn't been posted in the affiliate payments screen.

We've also found Stewart to be reasonably good at responding and his silence is a bit troubling.

May's activity has not been paid out. In conversations with Stewart before - he hinted to "improvements" in their affiliate system. He also suggested they had reporting issues with May stats (this was stated in the beginning of June). Overnight, our stats took a negative -£5xx swing and we appeared to have lost a few first time depositing players. He claimed that the stats that were displayed (after the negative swing on earnings) was accurate, as the previous run had duplicated activity. Just speculation, but perhaps he was wrong and that is part of the reasoning for delay in payment.

Anyway, they're into us for £xxxx with or without the swing in earnings and my hope is that they sort this out accurately and quickly to catch up and resume on-time payments.

They have historically been good as gold and always annoying when a once reliable program starts cracking up, especially as was about to add them to another website and you begin to wonder if that is wise.

That's a possibility (prioritized our payment to keep us/me quiet). Though, to be fair - my partner deals with all of the affiliate managers. I tend to keep myself distanced from associating with the sites we own/manage and from the affiliate managers. I typically only get involved when the AM's need "persuaded" or "leaned on".

Another possibility is method of payment. Perhaps the method we chose and the method you use are different. I'm not sure one way or the other to be perfectly honest.

We're typically quick to pull the plug on the programs who do not do what they're supposed to (to players or to us) - unless there is a logical and understandable explanation. By quick, I mean we usually pull first and ask questions later. Stewart earned enough "street credit" throughout the time we've worked with him to avoid the knee jerk removal. However, his points are spending quicker than I would like.

For now, we've not pulled JOB brands. However, we're extremely reluctant to include them in our expansion plans unless Stewart/JOB/888 make this all right this month.

The payment screen has changed at Joy of Bingo as of today, it seems. Our payment screen confirms that April was paid and that May still has not been paid.

June's stats, however, have completely disappeared from the stats it would seem.

Edit: The stats have not completely disappeared like I first thought. They are present when you run a "last month" report. However, everything listed under last month's earnings on the right sidebar has been zero'd out.

We received a payment today which is up to and including April. We are up to date now as our May earnings were below the threshold for a bank wire anyway.

Bumping this one up as well. Did anyone receive the scheduled monthly payment from Joy of Bingo that is due to be received by the 15th of the month?

My records show they owe for both May AND June activity and the affiliate report shows payment as "made" on 9 July. In my case, I can clearly see that their carrier pigeon has not made it to my account, as it is the 15th and my account is still without a deposit from them.

Anyone else receive a payment from them or still owed?

I received mine for April and May on the 3rd of this month, still waiting on Junes though...

Stewart was blowing sunshine yesterday regarding JOB June payments.

My records show that payments are/have been due by the 15th of the month, which is supported by the FAQ section. Suddenly, he pulls reference to the terms and conditions that claim payment by the 30th of the month.

Anyway, he went on to say that payment is waiting on the ever famous "finance and accounts team" to verify and push out payments. Mind you, our payments status shows as "paid" as of 9 July. They've got me quite irritated at the moment.

Today's update has Stewart our fearless affiliate manager making the claim that they're such a big organization that they need THREE people to sign off on payments - and of course, he's waiting on one.

I'm really getting tired of the excuses and want results.

Joy of Bingo payment finally received.

Since we've cut off traffic to them, I think reinstating their trackers on our site needs to go through a "3 person approval process" - just to be fair. After all, we too are a big organization.
