It just keeps getting worse. I wake up almost every morning to another Rushmore payout complaint. What makes it even more troubling is that very few affiliates here seem to care. Remember when Grand Prive' stopped paying affiliates? We were sure up in arms about that weren't we? But when a casino doesn't pay their players that's okay? Where is the integrity people? I don't even know what more to say so I'll just let this weeks emails speak for themselves...
I am one of the players that has a serious issue with Cherry Red Casino's.
I am also a VIP member there as well as a Presidential member at Oasis.
They currently owe me $17,000. I know that you are familiar with their 'delays', but do you
know if these are legitimate delays or simply tactics to keep the players money longer.
Either way, the issues seem to be far more serious now, than they were a few months ago.
In the last few months, they would approve a withdrawal (for wire transfer) say that I
would receive it in my account in 5-10 days and then 10 days later say that it had to be
're-processed' which would start everything from scratch again. This would happen several times.
But this time, I have received two delay messages already on the first (of 9 withdrawals)
saying that my withdrawals were delayed and that I would be 'informed' when they would
be re-processed. This is of course a new twist where they aren't even saying that they will be 're-processed'.
The kicker in this case, is that they owe me $17,000 which I happen to need very urgently
to get me over a cash flow issue with my business. I'll be fine in another several months, but right now,
the money was owing to me, expected, and the casino even has it written on their website
(which I have a snapshot of), that 'once approved', the money will take 5-10 days to be received. (not 'maybe').
Are they not governed by any regulating body? do they not have an obligation to pay the players their
money in a timely manner and certainly within the time that they have committed to on their own website?
Who can I contact? I am actually traveling in Europe on my first vacation in 20 years. But while I was
expecting almost $10,000 of that money, I have less than $1000 in my account and stuck in London.
To ask family or friends for money in the middle of my vacation, would cause me considerable embarrassment, but
I am thinking of taking action against the casino for what they are costing me in stress, interest and
ruining my vacation.
What do you recommend and can I cc you on correspondence with them?
Thank you Rick and I'm sorry for the very long email! You seem to be a wonderful advocate for the players.

Please help. i won some money on both Rushmore and Cherry Red casino, and requested a withdrawal back in MAY on the 23rd-24th, and still have not received my money. Total winning is $3,500. They were approved for withdrawal on the 30th of MAY, so its been over a month. Further more, i have contacted them several times because my bank account went into draw, and being charged daily overdraft fees, sometimes over $100 a day just in penalties, and thats not including all the late payment penalties from my credit cards and cell bill. and still, they are being extremely vague and will NOT tell me whether it will take another week, or another 3 months. They simply say, \"we are working on the issue, and will notify you if there are any updates to this problem with our 3rd party processor.\" i was charged over $450 in penalties(incurring after the time i was supposed to receive my money), until my sister bailed me out with a loan. I expressed all of this to them, and in return i received no sign that im going to get my money in a reasonable time frame. please help, my cellphone will disconnect any day now, which means i cant contact my clients, which = nightmare. The 2 people i have contacted directly are VIP manager Shane Watson and Megan Ross. They are both polite but conversation has been civilized so far, but this has gotten ridiculous and i urgently need that money. i even threw out an idea about simply cancelling the wire transfer and just over night mailing a check(that i would gladly pay for) as an option. they ignored this portion in their reply. please get back to me asap. thanksAuthor : Karen

Hi Rick,
I am owed over $15,000 from cherry red. My first 'approved' withdrawal of $2000 was June 10 and I have received two emails since, saying that the withdrawals will have to be re-processed due to delays with their server -but they are not even saying when they will be re-processed, which means we're looking at a minimum of 6 weeks for just the first $2000 and that's IF it was re-processed tomorrow (which it won't be). They also reduced the amount that they pay out to $2000/week from $4000/week. They advertise on their site that wire transfers will be delivered to your bank account within 6-10 days following approval. Can they not be held liable for this? And is there a governing body that regulates anything like this? Can we not start writing to them to get involved.? Please do write to me at the address provided to you as this is really serious and I'd like whatever help or advise you can give. thank youHi Rick,
Just to update on this issue, my first deposit request (originally May 10) was reprocessed June 16, as it has now been over 10 business days I tried emailing them and got no response so I tried the live chat and they told me I've already been paid and now requesting that I send them bank statements to prove I haven't been paid. Have you ever heard of something like this? I'm not sure if I'm just getting another run around or if there is a legitimate mistake delaying the deposit this time.
