I have my own theory about this. I am not sure, that i am right, but i think some gaming providers play on one side with fake providers. And i think, they have more cooperation than we, naive affiliates, think.

If you are legal provider you have many restrictions for work on grey markets....
But you may give for rent non-exclusive rights for some of your trademarks for example. And you don't have legal responsibility for actions, that the tenant does under your trademark.

You may think that this is conspiracy theory, but we have facts....Hundreds online casinos with fake software on grey markets, and zero reactions from software providers.
