1) is pretty common nowadays in most jurisdictions
2) as the ultimate controlling person for all of these "entities", you would be in rather clear breach of agreements like the ones I've seen
3) that's a little more delicate though i'd say you would be fine geotargeting for the sake of promoting LEGAL OPERATORS in that visitor's jurisdiction. the bottom line is to *never* promote offshore/illegal to a visitor from any jurisdiction.
