Similar situation here with another program. High roller self excluded for a year leaving a substantial negative balance that we will now have to burn off.
It's been more than 2 weeks since I asked my a.m. about what happened to the high roller. Although he was always very prompt in responding to past emails and questions, there has been no response concerning this matter. Now I'm beginning to understand why my monthly income has significantly dwindled since Buffalo Partners took over from Fortune Affiliates.
If I had a whale taken away it would really make me rethink being an affiliate. They are so important to staying in business. I have had long stretches where it was only a few players providing any significant income. Take out the whales and my income is less than 1k a month.

Having partner with FA since 2001, I'm 99.999% adamant they too, in later years, were also shaving, but on much lesser scale than the gusto in which Buffalo did.
Taking into account the WP hacker(s) and those criminal activities, Buffalo feverishly denied those accusations, later proven to not only turning a 'blind eye' but were also assisting said hacker(s) to continue to perpetrate said crimes.
AFAIK...Buffalo Partners had their GPWA sponsorship terminated due to the WP hacking fiasco.
Hence, shaving, and or stealing tagged players doesn't seem so far-fetched, does it???!!!
