Come on dude, claiming there are thousands of bonus sites as a defense is ridiculous. You basically copied the whole design and make some minor adjustments. I mean it's pretty obvious, but if you like I can point out the glaring similarities.

1) You copied the entire template, the sizing is identical

2) You copied the header. You just simply replaced the hand with cards with a girl on the computer

3) The top nav is the same, with a slight size adjustment

4) Sidebar is the same, with a size adjustment

5) Layout of the homepage is the same
~ Intro section
~ Top Poker bonus section
~ 2 sections at the bottom

6) Bottom nav is the same

So let's say for discussion sake that my designer got some inspiration from existing sites, and who does not; so what are you saying exactly:
1- content, any taken from you?
2- images, any taken from you?
3- css layout, you are saying somehow alike, and this is a trivial table layout.

Can you answer 1,2,3 and say what you want; as I said the thing I want to understand is what you want.

Yes this designer has done dozens of sites with this similar css layout table, exactly. Not just the one I showed, this is all over the Internet. One of the most common cheap layout indeed. How much you paid, $100?

Kundan's layouts were similar but they designs always looked unique. Yours is like Prenuts except for the shoddy photoshop job you did to try and make it different. If you actually paid for that job (which I seriously doubt you did), you need a refund.

spammy is probably one of the most misunderstood and misused term on the net nowadays; remember even Cutts does not know for sure what it is (I guess it depends how much coffee he has in the morning. So no offense taken.

With respect to somehow similar layout, thank you again kaus to point out that our site looks cheap; it is probably a good time for a redesign for the benefit of everyone; so we may do minor changes now and then redesign.

For whoever wants to know, we do not give a sh1t about this sh1tty design, so we may change that when we have time to waste which we do not have at this juncture.
