We operate a number of UK casino whitelabels and are looking to make an exit from one of them. The brands are very successful and operate on well known whitelabel providers.

The brands are in excellent condition. We're not desperate to sell but as we are looking to expand outside of the UK, we'd accept a reasonable offer in order to free up capital.

The brand we are most likely to let go of has done 200-700 FTD's pm over the last 6 months (gradual downward trend as we focus on non-UK expansion). There is a very significant existing player base with around 1,000 depositing players per month. Monthly deposits are £500,000-£1,000,000.

Please note - all of the players are whole - there are no rev-share affiliates. All of these players have been acquired from paid marketing methods and thus the margins on the existing player base is very good. The rev-share deal with our WL provider is competitive and other fees are minimal.

The value of this site is primarily in it's existing player base, as when we sell we will stop marketing the site. FTD's will like drop to a symbolic level from existing SEO. We would consider providing marketing to the brand for 12 months to retain the current level of FTD's after sale subject to other terms.
