I have a great lottery domain (lottery.coupons) and I'm thinking about creating a mini site about it. However, I browse through the programs and see practically only casinos and bookmakers. Are there any global offshore sites with lotteries? Do people search for such keywords and such a site might make sense? Is it a micro market and there are no such offshore programs?

But I suspect you're looking for firms like agentlotto or playhugelottos. There are probably many others. Just search through any other affiliate type lottery sites, see who they are marketing, and you will have the answers (I believe) you're seeking.
