    Default Minus Everythnig

HI all and happy new year. I am just catching up with some stats from over the Xmas break and noticed some weird numbers for the 28th.

I will be asking Bet365.com in the new year but wondered if anybody on here had any suggestions as to what could give these numbers.

New Sign ups -1 New Depositors -1 New Depositors First Sport -1 Value of Deposits -2,438.57 Number of Deposits -237 Sports Turnover -5,159.27 Number of bets -1,637 New Sports Players -1 New Casino Players -1 Net Rev -793.67 Aff Earnings -238.10

I don't have huge earning with Bet365.com so this has wiped me out and probably for the next few months. Does it look like an error?

-1 signups means someone signed up fraudulently or has charged back their transactions as such they have been removed from the system (along with commission)

Happens from time to time, had one myself this month too. Sometimes gets reversed out if the issue is resolved, sometimes not. More details on this thread.

Thanks for the feedback and for the link. I thought it was that when I looked at the -1 in depositors but found it strange that they had made 237 deposits before been removed

It doesn't have to be fraud - it might also just be self-exclusion.

If there is no problem with the customer then the amounts should reappear in your account in a few days.
However, it is worth contacting Bet365 to get it checked - because they do seem slow sometimes to return the stats back to normal.

Hi and thanks for replying. It's interesting you say it could be self exclusion. If you exclude surly you don't get your money back so the bets should still be their.

As I understand it they suspend the player - and this means that totals disappear from your affiliate account.
Once the closure is complete and the player has not charged-back ... then the affiliate gets the credit.

At least this is how it was explained to me via bet365 people.

But you should be talking to bet365 directly if you want a discussion / argument about correct process.

Just to update, it's been sorted now and the player is back in my account.

Thanks for all of the advice
