To make it very clear I am not saying this is the case where I am currently at. I`m speaking generally.. you dont go around making demands... even though you as affiliates just see your affiliate manager. This is normal in every company in every industry on earth. Again this is like demanding price changes, new dishes , layout changes from a waiter at a restaurant.

If i want to order my steak with Mac'n Cheese instead of fries, i ask the waiter. He will ask the chef to make it possible for me!

If i want to buy a wardrobe, but i dont want to pay for delivery, the sales guy will ask his boss if its possible to make it happen for me!

If i want to buy a house, but dont want to make the down payment in cash but bring my ETF portfolio, the clerk will ask its finance/risk departmet if we can do so ...


All real world, real business examples you deny they exist.
Don't blame your salary level or your place in the hierarchy.
Because it's just a lazy excuse.

Btw, your Linkedin shows for your current roll a task: "Aff Prg. T&Cs improvement" ... couple of posts above you stated "head decides" about program terms. What is it? Its your responsibility or you just flexing in your LinkedIn profile?

Ask yourself why sites like BetOnline and Bovada rule the hearts of affiliates despite not even having a proper license. Why do most of the affiliates ditch legal betting sites and still promote them.

I could give ONE just one customer to BetOnline for example, and still get paid for it 20 years down the line.

Build trust. The rest will follow.

But, you are just an employee. Your thoughts don't matter. You are just told what to do and get paid at the end of the month.

The owners of the casinos need to post here to actually learn about what the affiliates feel about them. They can do that while sipping mojitos in their luxury Spanish villas - constructed on the blood and sweat of the affiliates they detest and the unfortunate fools we all call punters.
