    Default need advice

I just need a little advice.
Smb has copied my articles to his site. Do I have right to ask him to make links to the source?

You have every right to ensure that you receive credit for your articles - if someone is using your material without your permission then you have every right to either make them remove it or reference it correctly

It is easy to say but hard to do. If some copy your materials and did not want to place copyright, you can not do any. It is bad, but it is true.

There is something you can do. In the aff program t&c they all say that you can not infringe on other people's intellectual property rights. If they won't remove the article or link back to you, you can have the aff programs close their accounts. You can also complain to their host.

You can also report him to his host for TOS - Terms of Service - violations.

Copyright Infringement is a very serious issue here on the internet and there are laws prohibiting it. MOST people/hosts/companies will do something about it.
