Need feedback on my new, high-budget website and forum (French-speaking).

Hi,

As the owner of several small-to-medium online casino affiliate sites, we've decided to sell them in order to go all in and create a huge, well-designed website.

We are (for real) committed to being transparent and uncompromising in our dealings with online casinos and their affiliate managers. Our forum is free from censorship or moderation.

A lot of free speech and sharply critical content.

Currently, we are in the launch phase, and it's true that some affiliate managers are not too happy with our reviews.

Some even refuse to give us tracking links, but we're standing firm. We hope to grow through the trust of our readers and aim to become a major site

Your FEEDBACK is needed on the total visual aspect of the site, its design, and the principles it represents.

Thanks, would think you want to launch the main page fairly soon so that it can gain the internal link benefit from the other pages.

As for the pages you have done as place holders have a good layout. Look forward to you getting some of the reviews done for some of the operators as there are too many page unfinished but looks like a good start.

I viewed site in desktop and cosmetically it looks good.

Not really sure what you are implying about operators not wanting to supply affiliate links, but why promote operators and build reviews for them if they do not want to work with you and have stated so up front?

Got to admit that's the first thing I thought. It kind of implies you have (perhaps excessive) negative sentiment around certain operators, but might still consider sending them traffic from which you earn.

Maybe that's misinterpretation. And likely there are nuances around exactly what negative sentiments are involved and their extent or questionable accuracy...but if we noticed, then 'real' users might, too. It's possibly an aspect to be careful with.

Actually, we categorize casinos into five groups, from the best to the worst:
TOP (Top reputation and no wager)�� GOOD (Top reputation but with a little wager)�� AVERAGE (Average reputation and big wager)�� BAD (Bad reputation or abusive wager)⚫ SCAM ...
We don't add tracking links for �� and ⚫ categories, and we don't seek them out.
(Not even a no-follow)
The issue is that the �� category is the most numerous. And affiliate managers fail to understand that they can't be listed as ���� or even ��.

Pretty nice. I was wondering if you'd be able to share you experience with the forum bit - how have you been working on promoting it and driving user engagement?

E.g. on your version of the site for Belgium you have casinos with a Belgian license and at the same time Bitcoin casinos with a Curacao license.
I don't know how it is in Belgium, but it seems to me that for casinos with Curacao this is not a problem, but for those with a Belgian license it may be a bit of a problem.

I guess it's safer to promote either one or the other.

The website loads really fast on mobile and desktop. I love how intuitive it is and how easy it allows you to find what you're looking for, thanks to the combination of colours and filters. My only critique would be that the menu bar is too bright, which I find upsetting when reading, especially considering the light-coloured text.

Isn't it better to have the forum on the main domain rather than sub-domain? To get the benefit of all that user-generated content? I'm not sure how that works but would assume it is better not to use a sub-domain. Recent google updates suggest that UGC is very powerful now.

The site looks great! I love the filtering you have created for casinos.
I think it needs more content, proper footer with important links, etc.
Interesting choise to have blog and forum as subdomains, never tought about making it like that.

Am I the only one who sees a red version of Caisno Guru here?

Other than that - speed/functional wise - looks & works great.

However if you are going to rely on google for traffic - you need to change the technology stack, looks like you're trying to use headless cms solution, but the source code and page's contents are invisible to google.

Why do you need a tracking links for bad reviews? If you are truly transparent, why would you want to send anyone to play there? Like for example bwin...You can't be both, pick one. You either leave only reputable brands or you have them all with those who are bad pointing towards the better ones or no links at all. Otherwise you are not transparent, and you don't care who registers where, as long as you get paid.

At the moment what exactly are we giving a feedback to? The custom theme needs polishing, like the URLs, but there's no content or anything for us to give a feedback to.

I'd be more worried about ranking it, because without ranks all feedback is a moot point.

Might need some speed checks, upon first visit for me it did take a few moments for the female doctor image to paint in, but I viewed from a US ip which could have affected my connection at the time.

Saying that I do like the doctor images they are done well, but do see they are over a meg so you might want to optimize them for weight.

Side note I opened the female as a png and re-saved it as a webp and knocked it down to 296k (was 1.47 mb) so optimizing the images could be a huge savings on home page.

Regardless of what language I choose, html lang will always remain English, this is not true <html lang="en">.
You may be able to increase your visibility by adding some content to your home page. The forum is of course good, but on the main page there is only a table with brands.
