    Default need for you help about 888.com Affiliate program

    who can help me? because I am experiencing
    problems getting paid from 888.com Affiliate program.

    At 888.com Affiliate,my account id is 50000625, my account report show:
    Total of 265 Clicks from your site and 4 Deposited Players.But I have not received their payment.
    I email to them, they email back to me :

    Dear Sir,

    Thank you for contacting the 888.com Affiliate Program.

    Please be advised that we have been experiencing some delays with your payment and would like to ask you to bare with us this time.

    This will be the last time this happens.

    I'll do my best to see to it that you'll be paid ASAP.

    they should pay me 600$, But they have never paid me, my email to them again and again , but have not received any of theirs' reply again. How should I do ? I want to get the money that I should get , who can help me?

    Hey I posted about my problems a few days ago (see my post about
    CASINO-ON-NET which is the same as 888.com), but have not received
    any reply.

    I am now very concerned about this program as I now seem to not the only one who cannot get paid by 888.com !

    Hi Dimma,

    Not sure where you are located. Your post came in at 3:05 pm my time, which for 888.com is 11:05 pm, which means they are all likely in bed right now, and most certainly not working. Give them Shelly a little time to look into things in her morning and I'm sure she will get back to you. They are located in Israel.

    I am not sure where you posted your inquiry to us - I cannot find it in our forum 888.com.
    For all other discussion rooms, I do not get notice when something is posted, even if it is about us, so I'd appreciate it if you directed me to where your post is, or what your email address is, so I can identify your email in my inbox.

    Dimma is a non-member, and thus does not have access to the private forums.

    I'm not sure where he posted or wrote his original inquiry, but came here in hopes that one of us could help get him in contact with you, and possibly that by having someone else ask for him, he might see quicker results.

    We sent you an answer to your email regarding that referral you asked about. It turns out that when they signed up with you, it want' the first time they signed up for 888.com brands, therefore you did not get paid for it.

    We are back to excuses again !

    No that is not correct.

    I have contacted the user and they have never signed up with you before,
    and furthermore I have copies of emails from you saying that after further
    checking, you are now going to pay for that user as they are new.

    I can post those emails on here if you like, or send them to you.

    This is the sort of response I have been getting from 888.com for
    six months now !

    I was just informed that you were paid $100 in September for this player via wire transfer.
    You did not receive the full amount, because he did not come in from your tracking code.

    Wait a minute !

    I thought you just said thaey were not a new player !
    I guess you realized that I have proved that is not the case.

    As for payment you said that we would be paid in August - nothing.
    You then said September again nothing was received.
    I have checked with my bank and nothing ewas received from you
    in Aug, Sept or Oct.

    As for only getting $100 and not $200 - that is the first I have heard
    in the six months that this has been going on !
    I also have emails from you saying that you have found the user
    after searching your log files and that they came from OUR LINK !

    Please note this is a re-run of what has happened over the last six months!
    First you come up with a reason why you cant pay. When we overcome
    that hurdle, another appears, then another.
    I think anyone reading this will be getting the picture !

    I can only assume that you are the same person you claimed to be this morning when you sent me the email....
    I know you have been corresponding with Eran from our support team throughout the day after I forwarded your email to him, since he & shay were the ones you have been talking to for the past 6 month (BTW - after saying that you haven't heard anything from us in months).
    As for the payment - the player really didn't come in from your link, we paid you the $100 out of good faith.
    As for payment - here is the banks approval that the money is in your account:
    Transaction Ref: EBANKGO07057830

    Value Date: 14-SEP-04
    Amount: 100.00/USD

    IF you still have not received the payment above I suggest you contact your bank with the transaction reference, as we have already received approval from them that the money was in your account.

    We looked into the issue of your payment. You will be paid for any players brought up to date. You will be paid this month, hopefully with this month's payment (towards the middle of the month).

    Yes, I did email ERAN earlier today, but now SHAY has replied !

    The user did signup from our link, and below is a copy of the email
    you sent after I informed you that the user was not in the stats.
    In it you clearly state that the link was from us.

    I have contacted the bank who can trace no payments from you.
    They are sending a letter to confirm this is the case.

    Thanks for that.
    Let me know what you find out on Sunday, as the position seems to change with every email I receive.
    First they were a new player, then they were not. Then they came from
    our link, then they did not. Finally, the money has been sent only it
    was not $200, but $100 !

    I have spoken to the bank about the payment quoting the transaction
    number given, but the number given means nothing to them as they are
    the receiving bank not the sender. Therefore any trace on the transaction
    needs to come from you (the sender), not the receiving bank.
    They have sent a letter to confirm this.

    Dimma,
    I will try to explain how all this confusion occurred, although I realize, it really isn't that much of explanation...
    We have recently upgraded our data base in a way that enables us to track not only if a players came in from your tracking codes, but which one he actually came in from. Up to a couple of months ago this tecnology was not available, and we could only see if a player came from your tracking code or not.
    When you first turned to us, we couldn't tell where the player you referred actually came from. What we usually do in these cases is pay $100, to show good faith. From what I understand from shay now, is that you were promised the full $200 for that player.
    These $200 will be paid to you in full.
    From what I understand there is still an issue of the payment method, which shay is handling with you. I hope this is sloved ASAP. If not, let me know.
