Premier Group Forum Unethical Behavior

Premier Group Forum started their forum by promising an unreala 1 in 10 new members received $1000. I knew it had to be too good to be true, but signed up anyways since I knew one of the mods. The owner there is named Stew (all I know about him, plus I believe he is from the UK) He started this forum a few months ago and had 2 drawings for the $1000 and wouldn't you know it, no one had heard of either one of these winners and neither one ever came back to post after winning, not even to say thank you. (They were both unknowns from the UK also)

Time goes on and the six other winners were given the run around about getting paid their winnings. Then finally on March 20th three were paid and the others were told they would be paid soon. These were not large winners, only up to $50, but still winners. It has been over a month now and Stew has not even bothered to post on his own forum since March 20th.

I know that Premier Gaming is an approved portal and that they also have a pvt member account. I hope that gpwa will step in here as there are members not paid and this is most certainly unethical behavior.

Judy, thank you for posting, thank God someone other than me came forward!
I have sent Anthony and Michael PM's about this situation but I have not heard back about the payments that are due to the remaining winners from them.
It took me 3 months to get my mod payment that being just one reason that I left there Joe. I told him (Stewart Ferguson) that I would not stop until everyone was paid. He is just so flipped about this as if it's no big deal.
I asked him on Skype today if he was planning on paying the rest of the winners all I got was a reply that had no answer to my question. I also asked Anthony and Michael to investigate and take the GPWA seal away from premier gaming as it's practices are far from GPWA standards but no reply has been made back to me.

Stewart also said that he was going to file a complaint against me as a unethical mod or something like that lol
I have been in this business for a long time and I know a lot of people in this industry and I know that this is not how a forum is ran being a former forum owner myself.
If I should get reprimanded for standing up for the people so be it.
I just want everyone to get paid what they was promised.

Sometimes new forums and owners get in over their heads in this Biz but you have always done a great job everywhere you go. Lets just hope that in the end, the winners will get paid and you move on to a better place.

Hi Joe, thanks. Thank you Sharon for standing up to this behavior. I am not owed very much and could care less about that. There are others owed much more. It really is just about letting others know about things like this. Sharon has been posting away over there, trying to get him to reply but I do not think he even looks at the forum any longer. He has just abandoned it and the members he tricked into joining evidently. Knowing so many honest forum owners and their integrity, this makes me sick to see someone come along and pull things like this.

Thanks for getting this out there Jubyb. Also, thank you to Sharon who did her very best and still is trying to get everyone paid. When I joined his forum, I thought this would be another good forum to go to. I was wrong! I did finally get paid, but it took a lot to get that and almost at the point of him wanting to kick me off his forum for speaking my piece.

I hope that the GPWA steps up

I am pevangel who was paid, I Wish he would have paid all not just 3 of us, it is not fair at all to the other winners, they deserve the winnings just like me and Queen got. What a louse to do that to good people, please if anyone here can intervene please help my friends to be paid. This man Stew was very unprofessional, when Queen made a post and he used a curse word in his reply, was horrible, that showed me what kind of person he was and is. He never even replies to folks in the forum, never answers messages, he is a fake IMO, sorry that is how I feel, a big fake, but he still needs to pay the other folks, he should not have paid any if he did not pay all. That is so unfair to all these good folks. TY please help them to get their winnings which they rightfully deserve. TY again.

Also, I might add that Stew has a few other sites out there that are running and he still offers these slots contests. Do any of those players get paid or is it all rigged? Too many questions and very unethical behavior to not pay out those he still owes from his forum wins.

First of all il explain the situaton with Payments that i explained to all Members owed (you can actually see this in the Forum)

When Sharon started working for us she did a great job of Getting the Forum off the ground and also getting Members to the Forum.
She asked me for some sort of competition so i did put this on.

Winners in the US were not paid as we had no way of getting Money to Customers Paypal Accounts or Western Union. The reason is that we use Neteller and we had no Gateway to enable payments to be made. (I did explain this to everyone)

We then tried to open a Paypal Account which was fine until they asked us for Information on our Account. They ended up deciding not to let us use Paypal as we were Gaming based (I also told Sharon this)

So now we were stuck with the problem of having people Paid. We then contacted a Partner who were willing to make Paypal Payments for us as a one off. This is why the first bunch of winners were paid. But now we are still in the same position with no way to pay Members as we still use neteller.

Ok lets first of all start with some of the comments made about us.

Bower : We have a message from you claiming that there is no need to pay you as its pointless until you win some more because $20 is not worth sending. (We can provide proof of this)

Sharon : We have Skype Transcripts of our conversations. I am willing to email all of these the the GPWA. I cannot place them on here as they will most probably be removed as they are to abusive coming from yourself. (GPWA , If you ask me for these il send you them)

Pevangel : One day our forum was being updated and you could not log in , You sent us the most abusive message you could have sent. And then you sent one around half hour later saying sorry. To be honest you should have being banned from that moment forth as i know any Forum owner would have bared you. (GPWA , if you want this transcript i am willing to send you this, Once again to abusive for this Forum)

Queenmap : You don't use our sites no more and don't know how they work. You also dont know any of our Members there i supose as i have just checked login stats for ''these other sites'' And you have not logged in in Months. On that note its not really fair for a comment like that from yourself.

Sharon : Once again. You did your job very well but nobody has seen the messages or actions you took with me. You have done a good job of making it seem like your so innocent. But we have the transcript which proves this is not the case and all your really trying to do is screw us up , We have them exact words from yourself.

GPWA : Regarding all comments Above. We can prove that we work in a ethical manner. We also can prove contest winning Payments from our other sites which operate UK Members. Payments always on time.

We really would like to send you all of our information we have on this issue. All we have done for the last 2 Months is sit back and take Abuse. If anything this issue should be the complete other way round.

Unpaid Members : We have no problem in paying you at all. If you are able to arrange a Neteller Account to transfer into then we can have this done in a timely manner.

Thanks for the follow-up, but to be honest, before you ran this competition, YOU should have verified that you could actually PAY all those involved or you should have stated up front that US Residents were not eligible.

If you have no way to pay a resident of any specific country, then that country should not be eligible to participate, and it should be fully disclosed.

Any abuse that you got from me was all about my payments and the members payments that you just couldn't seem to come up with Stewart, and I have all our chats as well. I said nothing that involved any member it was all about you and that is between you and me.

I did not ask you to start that $1000 contest, that was all you because you didn't even tell me that you was going to run it. I logged into the forum one day and there it was. I even asked you if you had the funds to run this type of contest and you said you did.

Yes, I did say that I could ruin you I will not deny that at all. It is people like you that give affiliates a bad name and have no right to be in this business if you cannot deliver on your promises. That's all you did was promise to pay " in a day or two " well this went on for 3 months and I had enough of the lies.

All anyone has to do is go to the forum and look in the general chat thread to see how many times you said that payments will be made. What happened to the Western Union payments that you said you was going to pay them with?

Thats your decision. Its actually annoying that you wont listen. Why the hell would we stall over a few Dollars. If we had a possible way to do it we would. Do you not understand that or am i just not making it clear. Do not post no more comments on this thread Queemap.

Such a simple matter and your stiring **** about it. 1 more comment that indicates us stalling or 1 more comment that offends me then you will be removed from the Forum.

Is that any way to speak to a member of your forum?

Well here it is April 23 and still they have not been paid.
Do the right thing and pay these people what you owe them.
You once even said that you would pay cash by postal mail.

Here is who is owed no matter what has been said like you say that bower said that he would wait, well yeah he probably did say that when everyone thought you was good for the money!

As universal4 has stated you should have verified that you could actually PAY all those involved or you should have stated up front that US Residents were not eligible.

Any webmaster new or old should always know what payments are accepted in all states and countries.
It is not the members responsibility to make arrangements with someone that has a Neteller account. It is your responsibility to pay them however you can now since you did not do your homework.

I am asking you one more time to take my name off of those threads that say that I am a moderator because I do not want to be associated with Premier Gaming. I asked you once before but that's right you haven't even been on the forum to look at anything.

It costs to withdraw from Paypal.I figured it would cost ev1 less if I let my winnings build a little.I'm in Canada and we can't use Neteller anymore.Paypal is the only method on line to be paid.

Stew, I still do not see where you have posted anything at Premier Group Forum since March 20th. You have never responded to any of my messages there. I do not see how you can claim things were all done correctly there and that you have done nothing wrong.

And as far as Sharon is concerned she did a great job in the beginning rounding up members for you. I would have done the same things she has done once it became clear you were not coming up with staff pay and/or contest pays.
