Stewart,

Again - I'm stepping in here with no horse in the race. Your forum post today = a good start. However, here is a friendly suggestion. Step up in this forum and give the folks you owe a date - even if it is a guesstimate on when you are going to mail out the cards as promised.

IF you are unable to meet the stated timeline, come back onto this forum thread and tell them. Don't wait until the past due date or the deadline you've set. Reach out in a "timely" and courteous manner and by doing so, you will do right by these folks and you will begin to regain credibility in their eyes.

Obviously, when sent - post such things (use tracking that requires a signature for shipping as well to keep EVERYONE honest).

I have to agree with Redbush when you have stated we would all be paid "soon" multiple times. It took months before even 2 of us got paid by you. Come on Stew, at least give them a date as to when, not just soon.

Ahahaha, fool me once...................I can not believe I really thought he was serious this time. I hope GPWA is not endorsing anything that he does? I think this should be posted all over different forums to let others know not to fall into any of his shady dealings.

I am sorry to hear he still hasn't done anything about this matter. Obviously he has no concern as to what others think. He doesn't seem to care about his business practices either.

This is totally unacceptable because he is a pvt member. Maybe universal4 can help. Maybe Anthony is out of town.

Yes Anthony is out of town and access here is very limited for him.

Anthony was the one that was in contact with him, so give him a chance to get back to you.

Thank you, I was not aware of that and actually just sent him a PM a few days ago. I am not upset with him, hope I did not give that thought to anyone.

I guess I am just frustrated with this whole thing as it was now almost two months ago I made the first post about this situation.

I am back from the conference. I send him a PM and skype message yesterday and have not heard from Stewart either. I am disappointed he failed to keep his word, I feel we have given him plenty of time to make this right. I will start the poll to expel him from GPWA in the Disreputable Portals Section, I will post a link for Private Members to vote as soon as it is up.

Considering Mr. Stewart Ferguson is living in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom - if it were me that he owed money to due to a contest and he was dragging his feet in the manner that he has been...

In addition to letting this vote take place AND in addition to sitting here insulted because he is half-stepping on making this right - I would STRONGLY consider taking legal action in this issue. Sure, it is a small amount in the grand scheme of things. But, he could be counting on exactly that.
