Wanted to ask if this card is really free of maintenance fees???
I only fees for withdraw and for card replacement / cancellation....

All fees are listed here: www.neteller.com/netplusprepaidcard
They do not charge anything to maintain the card but I suggest to not use the card for currencies other than your own, due to FX fees.

no - replacement cards due to expiry of old card are free
