Never gamble

Do any of you affiliates never gamble? Do any of you think that gambling is ridiculous and its only fools that gamble?

I am an affiliate in online gambling, and I gamble on a weekly basis, whether it be online or at a land based casino.

I've never, ever thought of gambling being for fools. I've also never beleived in mystical concepts like "luck" or "jinx" (Although there was that one time ).

I like to play the ones I know how to play. Roulette and blackjack. I really prefer land based when I can go, but it's not often. Otherwise I'm playing online.

I feel you owe it to your readers to know what you're talking about.

its true i don't gamble like I once did. can't afford it. but i did enough at one time to have an understanding. to know what I'm talking about when i send players to a certain casino.

I also keep an open line to aff managers so that if needed...... i know i have connections to the places I promote .... that i can get satisfaction for a player ....over any legit concern.

I don't gamble with a lot of money but do like the to personally try out the games I'm reviewing. I find it easier to write what I've tried first hand.

Yeh gambling as a lifestyle..... real f'n stupid unless your a numbers master.....

Gambling is....... fun, sad, happy, sometimes a way to **** yourself off, gut wrenching, motivational, spiritual ( I think people pray in front of the slots more than they do at church), good/bad for the heart, psychic, stylish and the list can go on and on really. Its great!

So I love gambling.. I love the industry and no... dont think (how did you put that) "ridiculous and its only fools that gamble". The only fool is someone that gambles money they dont have.. IMO.

I never used to gamble much but since getting into this industry I have gambled more and more. You cant write articels well about games you havent played I try and play all the games at all the casinos I advertise. I didnt suggest I thought it was fools but there are many people who believe its ridiculous playing against someone(the house) who has a better advantage. Just wanted to ask this to see if anyone who owned an affiliate never gambled and partly for that reason yet if they did think this I doubt they would mention it aspecially in a gaming forum. Thanks for the comments guys intersting to hear how much other affiliates gamble etc

I love to gamble online or land based. I do think gambling can be bad for someone who is compulsive and don't have self control, but so are drug addicts, alcoholics, etc.

My point is (as diceman said) "The only fool is someone that gambles money they dont have." So if you can afford to gamble and it doesn't take food out of the mouths of your family and you are not gambling away the house and cars, then there is nothing at all wrong with gambling, hell you might even get lucky and win.

i have won some amazing amounts.... including royal flushes at $5 a credit. paid for my son's first year at community college.

Dice is right. you don't gamble with what you can't afford to lose.

I post this in many sites..... that gambling is no different that going to the movies.... when you go .. you plan on spending a set amount. the difference is ... in gambling .... you not only get the entertainment ..... but also a chance of walking away with more than you started.

but it should always be deemed that you will lose. casinos are in business for a reason. they hold the odds. if you are entertained..... and on top of that .... the chance of winning more than you planned to spend. ... hey? better odds than you get going to the movies eh?
