Being able to select a month easily would likely be a big help to many....but I am sure some affiliates will like the option of being able to select specific dates as well so having both options available is probably best.

Looking forward to a status update next week.

Thanks for the feedback on the date selection.

I've checked on timelines for the reports and given all the other stuff our dev and BI team had on their plates I was given a deadline of seeing visit and other data in the reports in the week of the 21st-25th Sept.

    Hi there all,

Just to let you know that visits and downlaods have been in the reports since last Friday (25th)...

    In the screen shot:
    - visit data
    - download data
    - column totals

The current projects in the pipe line are:
    1. password reset feature
    2. secondary data in financial report (fraud, 2nd tier earnings, balances carried forward)

    Cheers,

    Shane

It doesn't appear that campaigns are tracking.

When looking at the campaigns page, all campaigns I have listed show zero traffic and that can not be since I have zero links in existience that do not have a campaign associated with them.

Also, on the campaign page, the totals (that are not showing) when they do show traffic, is that a lifetime history that will show or the calendar month or what time frame?

There will be a way to see what campaigns have done what amount of traffic in a selected time frame correct?

I should have said something earlier but figured the situation was being worked on. Since the upgrade all I can view is visitor stats. I cannot view visits to any particular property.

All other options do not function and has been this way for the last two months. So when I do log in visitors xxxx number then I log out.

    Peter,

Are you running the finacial report?

Go to the reports link, change the drop-down to financial report, and change the dates to the time frame you want to see.

Believe or not I just logged in and everything seems to be functioning. Where as before all I could view was hits. All other functions did not work so running financial reports and inputting dates kept freezing the browser with this error message.

Screen shot 1 running a report
    Screen shot 2 logging in

I usually ignore these glitches not saying much and move on. But like I said everything seems to work fine now. And yes I can run a financial report.

Go to the reports link, change the drop-down to financial report, and change the dates to the time frame you want to see.
It works now Rick at least for me.

Thanks for the screen shots of the errors - I login in a few times a day but obviously outside of our network is where the rubber meets the road.

I am glad its working now though - I will chat to the dev guys and see if they can associate any error logs with your account activity.

Believe or not I just logged in and everything seems to be functioning.
Thats like a knock on your car that only goes away the day you take it to the mechanic Please let me know if any of those errors recur.

    Hi Rick,

Campaigns are cumulative over lifetime in the default view.

I am working on a report suite for referback, one of which is a specific Campaign Report which will allow a measure of manipulation... I've noted your points for inclusion.

As for the non tracking of Campaigns I will look into this and report back. If there is one you could highlight as one you know has traffic but is not reporting it might help me focus the energies of the dev guys.

Hi Shane, My income has dropped completely since May. I used to get steady payments monthly for many years and now nothing since May. I would really like someone to take a look at my subs (which is the main part of my income here) and see what's going on.
    Thanks

    Default New implementations...

    Hi all,

The following has been live on referback for a few days...

    - Media Library “best of” functionality (overall best mailers and best banners by player acquisition)
    - Password reset functionality
    - Password strength feedback on signup
    - Brute force password detection & circumvention

    Feedback welcome

Would like to know if there is any progress on the campaigns.

Also, not sure if it's just my stats, but the dashboard stats do NOT match the financial reports stats....in fact clicks are like half....

    Hi there Rick,

I did an anomaly in your visits - I've asked my dev guys to look into it... I will feedback on this and the status of the campaign reports on Monday.

Have a great 'last push' weekend

Thanks Shane, traffic is such a premium and harder and harder to scare up so I need to micro-manage the traffic as much as I can so I can try and squeeze the conversions as best as possible.

    Hi there Rick,

The problem was at the end of the day a simple one... the dashboard was not pulling through visits going to Belle Rock, we updated this and your visits should all be showing now.

Campaign reports, these are timelined for completion by 30 November 2009.
