Submit in search engines, register in directories, exchange links with other webmaster, optimise your site for search engines.

It tooked me 6 months to get some quality traffic

Or, get an affiliate program and have us affiliate marketers bring the traffic and signups.

Although, I will admit I dont promote any affiliate program. You need to have a solid reputation first. Not everyone is so picky, though.

Why don't you promote any affiliate program?

It is a figure of speech. It just means there is a minimum criteria before I promote someone. Anybody can open a sportsbook or casino website, but that doesn't mean they are legitimate, licensed/regulated, or fair and honest to players.
