Start to sport again!
Last 2 years I've done almost no sport and I feel it in my condition and weight. Maybe I should start reading that topic about sport here on GPWA.

Lots of people have losing weight on their list. I have to say, January is my least favourite month of the year to go to the gym because of all the new year's resolutions.

I sincerely hope that all of you guys who have that on your list will keep it going past January. There is a thread going here - post in it if it keeps you going! We are all here to support each other!

So far I have only few resolutions.

1 - Have more fun. This probably sounds a bit silly, but for far too long I focused all my time and energy on work. This year I tried my best to have more fun and it was awesome. So this year, even more fun.

2 - More spontaneity - everyone could do with more of this.

3 - Competition. In August/September I want to compete in a figure competition. I think with the timeframe I have it is definitely possible.

4 - More holidays! I need to see more of Australia and weekends are perfect for that.

Those are my 4 to start with. I might have more later but that's about it.

I also want that to my list, but it is too far away for me. Especially during a weekend

I can't speak about all New Years Resolutions but I know a good way to try and keep the ones about weight loss and working out is to be specific, and write them down and include an action in how you plan to achieve it. If your resolution is to lose weight it will be much easier and more likely to happen if you have a plan. Maybe write down how much weight you want to lose and a specific course of action. When the 1st rolls around the same excuses that made you need this resolution will still be there, so circumvent them by devising and executing a plan that gives you the power over past excuses. This way you should have a much better chance of not having to repeat the same resolution next year.

I am well organized for 2014 already. I am going to:

Move to Florida and help my mom. Get this house sold. Get back to running daily. Write more and get a puppy.
