    Default NO negative carryover

    Hello!

I'm looking for 6 sport betting affiliate programs, which have NO negative carryover and don't have low limit stakes on high/derbi matches (El classico, Man U. - Chelsea...)

I was checking for a few days on internet now, send a lot of mails but still waiting for an answear.

So if anyone works with that kind of bookmarkers please tell me. And like I said, I need 6 of them.

Thanks a lot for your help

Bookmakers do not tend to have low limits on ANY big match.

Contrary to what some punters thiunk - bookmakers do NOT like to gamble. Their ideal situation is to take bets on a game and have them "balance" around all the options. They have a 6%-8% margin on the odds - and their skill is in attracting bets on all options.

High turnover matches make a bookmakers job easier not harder. They can modify the handicaps and odds to attract money on both sides of the match and are likely to be able to end up with a "balanced book" - meaning that they will make money not matter what the final result is.

So - it's SMALL matches that only have a few bettors playing that are likely to have small stake limits - the BIG matches tend to have big limits.

    ahhihilus,

You are the one that came in here and made a blanket "unsubstantiated" claim that 95% of programs that have negative carry over are Asian based.

First, maybe you should research how and why No NCO even exists. Back in the early days, ALL programs had it, and the idea to zero out the negatives was born HERE at the GPWA.

thank you but don't need. and again it depends by what bookies you use. Have contacts with around 40 bookies and only 5-6 of them carry over. Of course I mean good bookies and bookies not USA sports oriented. that is all.

So what you're saying is 85% of the bookies you use/promote have no carry over. 10% off from your statement and doesn't apply to the whole sportsbook market.

A little advice, next time you want to make a statement. Make sure you're clear on what you're saying.

The home page of their affiliate site says:
    • No negative carryover On Poker, Casino and Games - we will cover those losses each month

Is the omission of sports from the no negative carryover new? I thought they were no negative carryover totally. GPWA has them as "no negative carryover": www.gpwa.org/affiliate-program/betvictor-affiliates

Hi thanks for the reply. My commission is new, happened some time last week. Had a member sign up through my affiliate link and deposit. I earned a few quid commission from this. Checked it a day layer and my commission had turned to -£7.45 and a few days later -£9.45! How do you explain this if they have no negative carryover?? Looking at my earnings report for this month (september) it says:
    deposits £64.11
    wagers £100.86Net revenue -£31.50
    Commission -£9.45
Is their affiliate program a con??

All that has happened there is your punter has won, so it shows as a negative. This is normal. Punters can win (as well as lose).
What 'no negative rollover' means is that at the end of the month take a look at the total rev share due to you. If it says, for example -£1234 then that negative (generated because your punters had a winning month overall), will not affect future earnings. It will effectively be zeroed at the month's end. It will not rollover and count against a positive at the end of the following month. If you still have any queries about this let me know.
I have promoted BetVictor for many years. It is not a con at all. It is one of the best programs.

It's explained by the fact that you don't understand what people mean by the term "Negative CarryOver".

Affiliate earnings can be positive or negative, depending on whether players you have referred win or loss.
If a player wins - then the house loses - and your earnings for that player are are negative. This is not "a con".
Your total payment for the month is a aggregate of all players - some wins and some losses.

If you are positive overall then you are paid - if you are negative overall then there is no payment.

The phrase "Negative carryover" refers to carrying any negative earnings from one month to the next until they are earned out.
A program with "Negative Carryover" will start you on a negative next month ... where as "No Negative Carryover" wipes the slate clean.

Ok so how do you explain the fact that my total commission earned in my 'earning report' is getting reduced everytime i earn a negative commission??? just checked today and my commission is -£18.00 so theyve deducted my earnings by further £8.55 ontop of the £9.45 from the other day.
    No negative carryover?? Yeah Right!!!!

    Gooner explained this.

Yes, this is correct behavoir that your earnings for this month WILL go down when players win.

If you are still in a negative position at the end of the month, on the first day of the month the negative revenue will be reset back to zero, starting the new month off neither positive nor negative and thus, the (negative was NOT carried over).

If you are in positive revenue, when players win, it WILL reduce your earnings during that calandar month.
