Did you receive the email I sent on October 31st? Please contact me by email or private message through this forum.
Their casino owes me over $3k since a long time ago. I made Ace Revenue aware of this situation in late 2011 but still did not receive any payment.
I see Ace Revenue listed as a sponsor of the London conference this month and sincerely hope they will finally resolve this situation until this event.
If they're actually IN London, I can have a word with them.
They will be in London.

This has been pending for another month and the payment still has not been issued.

I have now been contacted by Ace Revenue. Apparently I did not receive any of the emails they sent. I asked them to resend the messages with a CC to another email address of mine.
I am hoping that the outstanding balance will be transferred this week still.
Ace Revenue informed me last week that the casino would like to settle this issue, which was apparently caused under the previous owner.
If they stand by their word I will post an update in this thread once the payment has been processed.

I was not aware they had a change in ownership .They fedex us usually anywhere from 16th-20th of the month.I notice last month they paid via a Canadian bank acct instead of the normal USA bank .My last response came from kristina (at) acerevenue.com on March 26 so maybe try her email .

Is Ace Revenue still a sponsor at GPWA? They promised me payment weeks ago and requested various documents, which I sent. However, the money still has not been transferred and all of my emails remained unanswered since 3 weeks.
If they're no longer a GPWA sponsor I suppose there's not much GPWA can do. But then, Casino Rewards is a top GPWA sponsor, so recent experience leads me to believe that GPWA wants nothing to do with player issues. That's a shame, but it looks like the reality.
Note to affiliates (which includes me, of course) and affiliate organisations: without players, you'd have no income and you wouldn't exist. So think on.
I do not know if they are still a sponsor here or not. However, Anthony kindly offered me his assistance in this regard, but I do not know what his most recent findings are.
Furthermore, Kristina at Ace Revenue confirmed that they will not be attending the Dublin conference this time.
