Hello,
Has anyone received their payments for the month of March?
thank you![]()
Hello Celena,
This is Peter at Ace Revenue. I checked into your account and spoke with the staff here and I understand that you have been in contact with our office and sorted your payment details with us. Now that your details have been confirmed we will move this to Accounting as soon as possible.
Thanks!
The outstanding amount has now been paid after thepogg contacted Ace Revenue to resolve this issue. Thepogg.com is a new portal for casino information and my kudos go to the owner, who mediated this case in a professional and decent manner. I am wishing his project the best of luck.
I would also like to thank Caruso for his input and support.
Webmasters that care about honesty and the fair treatment of players are a true enrichment for this industry.
Glad i could help! This will actually be a major aspect of the new site - we're in the process of having the user interface programmed as i type this.

Schankwart (24 May 2012)
Anyone faced with a delay of receipt of payment? Solve the problem for a long time with a financial support service. Peter said, as they do not respond by phone. This is strange =\
Is there a representative of Ace Revenue or Gambling Wages in Dublin right now?
There is no representative of Ace in Dublin.
Forthose following this thread please let me clarify a couple of things:
- We decided to pay Shankwart’s claim on the confiscated funds. We genuinely do not believe that this is ourliability. At issue is the old casinogroup (before the Ace Revenue program ever existed) decision to confiscateShankwart’s winnings (his deposits were previously refunded), due to bonusabuse. Our decision to pay theconfiscated winnings is in an effort to conclude any relationship involvingShankwart and our brands.
- Also, we have been working on resolving this issue for some time. Although Iwas contacted by the new forum named in previous posts, I must clarify that theresolution of this issue is completely due to the internal decision to pay theconfiscated bonus abuse winnings to end the relationship with Schankwart fromall of our casino properties, forever. I wish the new forum the best of luck, and in the issue of Schankwart and Ace Revenue, this forum was not a factor inthe resolution.
While I am glad this matter has been resolved, there has never been any reason to confiscate the balance. All details of the issue were forwarded to mediators as the claim of "bonus abuse" by previous management was entirely made up. The claim also was not based on any of the casino terms and conditions. However, I do not think anything still needs to be added to how Oliver Curran/ Warren Cloud operated his outfits at that time.
While I understand that Ace Revenue was not involved in the confiscation of the balance, Ace Revenue purchased the casino, renamed it and migrated its entire player database. I contacted them again for this reason. This case has now been fairly settled, which I appreciate.
Peter, please still refer to the message from May 9th. Please contact me by PM or email and I will forward it again if it did not get through.
Peter, you send me a personal message, but I'll answer here. We talk on Skype for about a month (about payment), lol. Perhaps even more.
Withdrawn
