Bringit paid for Sep-Oct now, they replied and all is good !

Also 32red & Rewards Affiliates paid via wire

Yes it was a temporary delay during October due to some internal stuff and payments should be back to normal during this month

Strange.. I write them every week 1 or 2 messages via all known channels.. No reply so far for 4 weeks now. Got a payment like every other here, but not all outstanding commissions.. Did you got a name or something in your reply?

It was not on email actually, I was chatting with my previous aff manager which is also listed here on the forum :

He is not longer affiliate manager there but working on different department he replied me that all is good that it was temporary delay etc...

Anyone else who have a betssongroupaffiliates backend that look strange ? Some days ago revenue was set to zero in the backend for last month for all my 3 aff-accounts there. Stats are showing some revenue.. Guess its a glitch in the system... But revenue has not been put back in the backend and not transfered to the wallet yet?!

Are your backend also showing zero for payment this month?

I received an email from Ellmount Gaming :

"We are extremely sorry to inform you that we are delayed in paying all affiliates that are using bank wire payment method.

As of now, we do not have a confirmed date when all will be paid but we anticipate to start sending the first batches in the next 2-3 weeks.

We understand that this is fully unacceptable but we are working very hard to solve the issue.

You will get updates during the next days with a proper ETA.

If you need to get in touch with our financial team please email: invoices dot ellmountgaming.com

Again, we are very sorry for the delay and kindly ask you to be patient during this time. "

I also see some problems in the BGA panel and looks the earnings were paid, but yesterday I got the answer from the manager and say "payout will be approved on the 10th", I checked the affwallet today but there's nothing there.

They are usually late or with problems since month ...
First time the senior AM was i vacation or the grandma in hospital ...
